Comfortable spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms (bed linen and towels provided), bathroom, kitchen (oven, microwave, hood, fridge with freezer), loggia with washing machine, iron and ironing board, bedding and towels provided, internet included (fiber optic), iptv (3000 channels tv) The apartment is equipped with a cot and a high chair. Located on the ground floor of the beautiful residence Atlantico 1 with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ... nearby. Bus stop and taxis in front of the residence. 3 secure swimming pools for children, tennis court, playground, gym. Private parking in the basement closed. 200 m from the sea. 10 minutes from the South Airport (Queen Sofia), 12 km from Los Cristianos.
Possibility of transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Proximity to the golf courses of the golf course and golf del amerilla (5km) and 12 km from the golf las americas

A generally quiet area, safe enclosed pool with loungers, some noise from refurbishment in one appt during the day. Clean functional apartment good balcony. Close to several good value restaurants, try Hoy Pinsa y Pasta!

Great location for quiet winter sun getaway

We had a lovely time here. The apartment was very clean, well equipped for a self catering holiday and close to the local restaurants and beaches The apartment is set back from the road which is great but there's a bus stop directly outside which takes you to Los Christianos, Plays las Americas, Adaje (where you can change busses to visit Santa Cruz in the north of the island) and the pretty fishing village of La Calleta. The busses are cheap and frequent and a great way to get around. All in all a lovely apartment in a less hectic part of the island.

The impression given is not the reality

A ground floor flat at the main gate. Bedroom and bathroom windows have plain glass. No privacy. On arrival I waited 2hrs for cleaners to attend, clean the flat and supply the key. The fitted bed sheet was old, bobbly and stretched so much it kept coming off in the night. Took 3 days to replace. No spare linen supplied. The flat is modern, roomy with a good sun terrace. Overall it needs some work. Toilet flush faulty, reported on day 3, not fixed during 3 week stay. Photo shows pool much larger than it is. Too few sun loungers and space around the pool for 100 flats. Cereal/soup bowls needed. Flat sleeps 6, but only 4 dining chairs and 2 sun loungers but one broken. Kitchen well equipped, good shower. No instructions for TV. Good amenities in area. Would I stay again?, not at that price.

Bon accueil et bons contacts avec l'hôte. Logement bien équipé et conforme à la description. Par contre, nous n'avons pas eu accès au parking privé, le locataire précédent ayant cassé (ou égaré) la télécommande d'ouverture, parking dans la rue impossible. Et première douche avec un filet d'eau froide. J'espère bénéficier d'une indemnisation pour le parking.

Küste der Stille ist nicht immer so still

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Wohnung und haben uns im großen und ganzen wohl gefühlt.Wie schon im Titel beschrieben ist es leider nicht sehr oft still. Das liegt als erstes mal an der Bushaltestelle die direkt vor der Terrasse liegt und die Busse im 5 Minuten Takt fahren!Auch ist es von den einheimischen Nachbarn sehr laut.Hier nimmt leider keiner auf den anderen Rücksicht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ok und er antwortet innerhalb kurzer Zeit.Leider ist nach einer Woche der Fernsehempfang ausgefallen und der Receiver war defekt.Diese Reparatur hat dann leider nach unzähligen Versuchen mehr als 2 Wochen gedauert.Immerhin hat das W-LAN funktioniert!Die Lage der Wohnung ist ok aber man sollte ein Fahrzeug haben (großes Plus, die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage)Die Poolanlage ist sauber und es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden.Einige Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Séjour agréable

L’appartement est bien situé proche océan et petit supermarché et est bien équipé, la terrasse est agréable, bon matelas. Le débit de la douche est faible mais habituel aux Canaries. Mauvaise insonorisation avec les voisins. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet appartement. L’eau des piscines est effectivement trop froide pour s’y baigner en décembre, dommage car elles sont très agréables.

Appartement très agréable dans résidence très propre et calme. Appartement très bien équipé, avec la clim dans le salon, ce qui est très appréciable, une machine à laver, des ventilateurs dans chaques chambres et une bonne literie, ce qui est rare dans les locations saisonnières. Très appréciable aussi la place de parking dans le garage souterrain, grand espace piscine y compris pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Commerces tout proches, arrêt de bus en face de l'appartement, petite piscine naturelle à 500 mètres. Idéal pour séjour en famille, et pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas être dans l'agitation des stations balnéaires

Séjour très agréable pour ma compagne et moi même dans un appartement très propre et très spacieux! Pas loin de Puerto Colon, de Playas las Americas et du Siam Park Dans le village, beaucoup de petit restaurant à 10 minutes de la résidence. The most comfortable holidays I gad

The apartment is very clean. There are everything we need in the apartment. We even did 3 times washing. I felt like at home as there are all cooking equipment to make a cup of tea, coffee and meal. Thee is a bus stop just outside the road in front of the flat. There is a pool and tennis court. Everyday we took bus to beaches which are not near, about 45 to 1 hour and stayed in the beach for the most of days. hot weather, warm and soft sand and lovely people. We all had a wonderful time.

Schöne Wohnung nicht im HotSpot.

Wir (Eltern mit Kind) waren Ende Oktober in der Wohnung von Alain. Die Übergabe verlief unkompliziert. Das gesamte Objekt ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Sehr Hilfreich ist der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage - wir hatten einen Leihwagen. Für die Fernsehschauer und WiFi-User ist inzwischen auch alles bestens ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist zutreffend. Was uns gestört hat sind die Betten. Wenigstens die Matratzen bedürfen eines upgrades damit man einen erholsamen Schlaf hat. Deshalb vergeben wir nur 4 Sterne.

excellent séjour à costa del silencio. appartement avec garage ce qui est vraiment un vrai plus, l'appartement est équipé de la fibre avec IPTV et de toutes les commodités . la résidence se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de chafiras pour faire les courses ou vous pouvez rester sur place car il y a une superette à 10 minutes à pied. l'appartement se trouve a 150m de l'océan. il y a 3 piscine a l'intérieur de l'enceinte de la résidence. Lovely apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped for your holiday. The pool area is superb. Beautiful and salt filtered which is a lovely change from chlorine. Complex is a mix of holiday apartments and full time residents. All were friendly. There is secure underground parking if needed.

Lovely flat. Will definitely like to book and visit again.

I visited with my wife and nearly 8 year old son and older daughter (24 yo). The location was great with easy access to the local bus, handy private underground parking and the communal swimming pools were clean and great for all ages. It was extremely hot when we stayed, there were fans in every room although one was not working. The internet was down for quite a few days when we arrived which made it difficult for us to find information about the local area but the owner was reasonable and gave us a small compensation for this because we had to use more of our roaming data on our personal mobile phones which did not work very well as we needed to use google maps and google translate to speak to people. It would have been good to have some local maps and information handy so that we could find nearby places and local knowledge easier. The only thing we didn't like was the flies from the overflowing local bins in the street but this was no fault of the owner as the local refuse authority should possibly be made aware to empty the local bins more often during hot weather.
