A house completely renovated, close to the beach (500 m), hiking trails. The house has a parking (3 cars) and 2 lawns all in private. The area is very quiet (no traffic). Supermarkets (Carrefour and Vie Claire) are 800 m.

Within a radius of 30 km you will find many opportunities to visit (the port of Audierne and the auction of Plouhinec, the aquashow, the port of Douarnenez and its boat museum, Quimper, the tip of the raz and the island of Sein, the picturesque town of Pont-Croix, the water mills ...).
