IT HAS A SMALL WINDOW OVERLOOKING AN INNER COURTYARD.Nice studio on the ground floor of an old house, it has a shared terrace on the roof (third floor). Located in the historic and central Santa Cruz neighborhood, which is without a doubt the most emblematic of the city. It has capacity for 2 people. It has a comfortable double bed. It is perfect for couples or friends. It is recently renovated and elegantly decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It has wifi and air conditioning. The kitchen is new and equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. It also has a washing machine on the roof for the use of our guests. In the part of the living room you will find two comfortable armchairs, a TV and a dining table for 2 diners. The bathroom is also with everything you need. You just have to enjoy it !.
