Villas Sitges Tupinetti has been completely renovated in the month of May 2017 (100%).
Work of a prestigious architect was an avant-garde town of Sitges in the 1960s and maintains its Art-Deco essence with a complete update and modernization of the entire Villa: spacious with more than 400 meters built, comfortable with a single interior floor, with pool private, garden, summer lounge and 2 terraces plus a solarium with a spectacular view, 100 meters from the sea and famous beaches of Sitges (1 minute walk).

HOW TO BOOK:

Enjoy also short stays out of season:
Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Villa Tupinetti is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months very attractive !!!. Consult them.

Payment methods:

Credit card (via Vrbo): If you choose to pay by credit card through Vrbo, a 3% commission will be applied to the total amount.

Direct bank transfer: No extra charges.

Both options include Vrbo assistance.

Cleaning costs (includes bath towels, pool towels and bed linens):

Stays up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: 425 €.

2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2h): 100 € + Final cleaning: 425 €.

3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: 100 € each + Final cleaning: 425 €.

Important: if departure is on a Sunday, the final cleaning cost will be 605 €.

Tourist tax:
1 € per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 days of the stay.

Low season (November to April):

Weekly stays: Weekly provision for utilities (water, electricity, heating…): 500 €, adjusted to actual consumption.

🕗 Late check-in:

From 20:00 to 24:00: supplement of 45 €.

After 24:00: supplement of 70 €.

Pets:
Not allowed.

Security deposit:

Weekly stays: 1.500 €, refundable within 10 days.
