The large garden surrounds the great swimming pool (14.00 X 7.00m) with his stone terraces, equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs; all this is set in an extremely panoramic position, offering guests the possibility to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The position of the property, as well as offering tranquillity and privacy with its unique panorama, also makes it the perfect spot from which to make pleasant excursions to places in the surrounding area; historical cities of Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra Pisa and Siena are little more than an hour away.

While sailing on the Mediterranean we met a storm and stay in the save harbour of Cecina. During our stay for five days in the marina, we make a round trip and we passed by the village of Montecatini val di Cecina and fell in love with this part of Tuscany. One year later, Summer 2000, we bought the ruin. Finding craftsmen and authentic materials has lasted six years. When the house was ready, we give away the compagny to our staf in the Netherlands and left to our paradise for now to receive our guests and spoil them !
