About this property

"Casa 11" - Apartment historic center of Naples

"CASA 11" is a small but welcoming apartment in the historic center, in a quiet street (opposite the Federico II University) and close to all means of transport (metro, train, port, bus) and interesting sites . The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator), just renovated. Composed of entrance, kitchen / living room, double bedroom, bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony facing outside, very bright.

The new Metro (Line 1) is located about 200m ("University" station), the port is just a few minutes walk as well as the Central Station ("Garibaldi"). The Decumani with the famous baroque squares, the Duomo, the Chapel of San Severo, Piazza del Plebiscito with Palazzo Reale, Via Toledo ... everything is reachable with a maximum of 10 minutes walk!
The ZTL of the Historic Center starts 50m from the building, so the pedestrian area is very close to the house but still allows you to reach the apartment by car (there are numerous garages in the area but - as in any Italian historical center - park in the street it's not easy or cheap)

The house has an air conditioner to cool / heat the room, double glazed windows and obviously equipped kitchen. On request, you can safely use the washing machine!
*** ATTENTION! THE OVEN DOES NOT WORK (but the cooking stoves does, of course, and you will also find a small microwave)

Great stay!

The stay with Marco was great. He was very helpful, always available via Whatsapp and gave and a lot of helpful tips in the area. The entrance to the apartment is a bit daunting, but the area is very safe and super to reach all the main places in Naples.

Highly recommend!

Marco was the perfect host and his apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location to visit the historical centre, Spanish Quarter and other great sites. It is within walking distance to the train station where you can catch trains to famous historical sites such as Pompeii. Marco met us at the apartment and welcomed us. He sent us great restaurant recommendations. He also checked in the next day to make sure everything was ok. He agreed a later check out which was much appreciated as our plane was not until the evening. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

Amazing !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place hosted by the amazing and friendly Marco. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space. Marco made sure we had everything we needed, he was always available and he provided the best local recommendations and tips ! Everything was perfect, the apartment was impeccably clean and it was very calm at night. It is also very well located, making it easy to explore the city by walk. Additionnaly, the apartment was fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials and there were also cleaning supplies available. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa 11 to anyone looking for a fantastic place in Napoli. With its great location, amenities, and wonderful host, it truly has everything we were looking for. Thank you for an unforgettable week-end !

First off, Marco, the owner, was friendly, quick to respond to my questions. He met us at the apartment and had restaurant recommendations ready for us. But, I rented a two bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms was locked off from our use. The apartment was clean, no Tvs, which I missed in the description I guess. The building itself is in dire need of repair. You walk through a fence and then into a concrete tunnel to get into the apartment. The hallway itself is dark with barbed wire on some of the railings. The apartment is on the third floor, with no elevator. The owner provides two bath towels, but there is a washing machine, so you can wash them as needed. The upstairs neighbor's dog barked until midnight. I did not feel safe in the building, nor the entire street, but that is my personal feeling. Once again, the owner was wonderful.

Magnifique sejour

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen von Neapel

Wir haben eine Woche in Marcos Wohnung übernachtet. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und nur wenige Schritte von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Neapels entfernt, in einer privilegierten Lage. Marco ist nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswerte Erfahrung!

Un superbe séjour !

Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. L’hôte est super accueillant, il répond rapidement à tous les messages ce qui est très pratique, de bon conseils par rapport à ce qu’il faut visiter ou goûter et très gentil ! L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos donc aucune mauvaise surprise, de plus comme c’est un airbnb certains laissent des affaires en trop ce qui permet de ne pas faire des courses en partant de rien. On était près de tout avec environ 20 minutes de marche pour le musée archéologique, de même pour les quartiers espagnols donc c’est agréable

Nous avons été accueillis par Marco, sympathique et toujours très disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite la découverte de la ville à pieds ainsi que l'accès aux "Ferry" à destinations des iles. Le logement est conforme à la description, il manque seulement un "vrai" grille pain. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais la CASA 11. Très bon séjour à NAPLES. Accueil très chaleureux de Marco A pris son temps pour nous donner beaucoup de renseignements pratiques sur Naples et environs . L'immeuble est très vieux mais: L'appartement est très bien situé tant pour accéder à pied aux quartiers très attractifs de la ville que pour prendre le métro situé et même pour prendre l'autobus de l'aéroport! Très bonne semaine dans l'Italie du Sud

Une semaine à parcourir les rues de Naples, Pompéi, Capri, Amalfi, etc.. Nous étions très bien placés pour prendre les transports en commun( métro, bateau, train, navette pour l'aéroport). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et bien isolé. L'accueil par le propriétaire fut très chaleureux Il nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites et était à notre disposition s'il y avait eu des questions. Mais tout s'est très bien passé et nous recommandons volontiers cet appartement. Ps : il y a juste l'accès dans l'immeuble qui semble "modeste" mais cela correspond tout à fait à l'ambiance napolitaine

L'endroit idéal!

C'est le pied-à-terre parfait pour visiter Naples, à 2 pas du métro Universita et franchement pas loin de la gare centrale. L'appartement est refait à neuf, bien que l'immeuble soit très vieux (mais avec un escalier en marbre!), un contraste très napolitain. Il y a une boulangerie juste en bas... fermée le week-end, car on est dans un quartier étudiant. Du coup, c'est calme le week-end et animé en semaine. De toute manière, c'est Naples: c'est très animé! Si vous êtes fatigués le soir, après les visites ou la tournée des bars, il y a un lit king size très confortable, ce qui fait qu'on dort bien et qu'on se réveille en pleine forme pour le premier capucino. Qu'on peut aller prendre au soleil en terrasse au Gran Gusto, et ça, c'est génial. (En plein été, c'est peut-être mieux à l'ombre, cependant. En novembre, on est merveilleusement bien au soleil.) Marco nous a donné plein de renseignements sur les visites, les restos, les vins, etc. Bref, je recommande chaudement l'adresse et la ville (sauf si vous recherchez le calme).

Au coeur du Naples historique

Appartement propre conforme aux photographies. La localisation est excellente avec accès facile à pied pour le coeur historique de Naples et pour l'accès aux ferries. Le métro est tout proche. L'équipement de l'appartement est simple mais suffisant. Marco est accueillant et très serviable, il mérite 5 étoiles pour l'attention qu'il vous porte. Naples est une ville surprenante qui appelle à la curiosité.

Hi, I'm Marco, I was born and raised in Naples and after having travelled and worked abroad for a while, I am again in my beautiful, unique city. I live close to the apartment I'm renting here, since I love this labyrint of people, narrow streets and voices. As an english journalist wrote, "here the voices are loud, the greetings boisterous, the pizzas fabulous, the driving atrocious, the architecture glorious, the religious rituals weird, and the policemen more fabulously turned out than a Gilbert and Sullivan rear admiral". And moreover: Pompeii, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia are all close by and easily to be reached from my apartment, that enjoys a favorable position in the center inclueded in the Unesco Heritage list.
