On the upper floor there is a stylishly furnished living room with fully equipped kitchen.
There is a veranda that opens onto a terrace from where you enjoy a beautiful sea view.

The ground floor offers you 3 bedrooms and a spacious TV room. From the terrace you can already enjoy the vast sea view.

Een heerlijk verblijf

Bovenop de berg ligt dit complex waardoor je een een fantastisch uitzicht hebt in een heerlijke rustige omgeving. Met de auto ben je in slachts 7 minuten beneden bij het strand en supermarkt. Het huisje is net gerenoveerd en ziet er super uit. Fijne inrichting en voldoend3 ruimte. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig

Wir hatten frühzeitig gebucht. Positive Bewertungen waren für uns von Bedeutung. Das Haus ist für bis zu 8 Personen vorgesehen, was jedoch etwas optimistisch erscheint. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Ankunftszeiten einzelner Familienmitglieder war die Nennung der Urlaubsadresse u. Zugangangsmöglichkeiten gefühlt sehr kurzfristig ( 3 Tg. vorher), obwohl die Unterkunft 4 Wochen vorher abschließend bezahlt wurde. Bei der Ankunft nahmen wir einen unangenehmen Geruch(muffig) wahr, der aufgrund von Niederschlägen begründet wurde. TV funktionierte aufgrund eines defekten Receivers nicht, wurde aber schnell behoben. 2 Tote Kakerlaken lagen auf dem Fußboden, eine lebende zeigte sich einige Tage später. Etliche Mücken störten die Nachtruhe. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 4-5 km v. Moreira, zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 3,5 km mit starken Steigungen, die ein Auto erforderlich machen. Das Haus selbst befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit spektakulären Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich als wir angekommen sind! Self-Check-in kannten wir nicht, hat aber super funktioniert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns auf Anfrage sofort geholfen! Wir können diese Unterkunft besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr schön! W

Ein tolles großzügiges Apartment mit Wahnsinns Meerblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Atemberaubender Blick ins Tal und auf das Meer. Man muss nur wissen, dass ein Auto benötigt wird, da es über die Serpentinenstraße hoch hinaus geht und man in den Ort ca. 10 Minuten fährt. Aber das wussten wir und ist es allemal wert! Es gibt viele schöne Strände und tolle Restaurants. Einfach wunderbar. Unsere Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und antwortet sofort wenn Fragen auftauchen. ALLES WUNDERBAR

Amazing Views

Three large terraces all with stunning views. We stayed for a month and the kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals if we chose not to eat out at all of the great places in Moraira. It is our second visit and we love Moraira. This accommodation is high up so fabulous views but you will need a car. Anouk was easy to contact at the start and end of the stay, and we did not need to contact her throughout because all the information we needed was there and we did not have any problems. Thank you Anouk, we feel relaxed and ready to get on with life!

Prachtig huis met een even prachtig uitzicht, net zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met Anouk verliep heel goed en we werden goed ontvangen. Locatie van het huis is ideaal voor uitstappen. Er is een mooi zwembad waar het rustig vertoeven is.

Great place with nice pool area and great view

Really Nice place with great views and everything you need. Nice and clean pool area too. Quiet area. Good communication with Anouk (the host) too. Fair Price and a big place (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus extra room and livingroom both indoors and outdoors and a terrace both upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room, fully airconditioned. Fiber internet, but you need the right code from Anouk :-) Moraira is a good place to be if you want to check out the area of Costa Blanca North, so you can see both Javea area and beautiful bays and beaches (highly recommend Moraig, Granadella and Ambolo) and also Calp to the other side. The best recommendation is the Algar Waterfalls, where you can swim, a 20-30 minutes drive away👍

Prettig verblijf

De algehele indruk van het verblijf is positief. er kunnen nog een aantal zaken verbeterd worden, zoals bv de douches. Ook zou er een goede parasol geplaatst moeten worden. Er is absoluut geen goede parkeerplaats bij de bungalow. Veel te klein om daar behoorlijk te kunnen parkeren en er weer uit te rijden.

Fantastic villa

This property had everything we were looking for and suited us as a family of 6, the interior is perfect and the location fantastic , we enjoyed most evenings following a dinner out relaxing on the terrace overlooking Moraria. Anouk the property manager is very accommodating and easily contactable, a pleasure to deal with.

Great sea views and spacious house

the house is just like you see in the pictures. it has a great view over Moraira village and the sea. Very spacious house with everything you need. Moraira is 10 minutes driving from the house and some good restaurants and supermarkets at 7 minutes drive too.

Anouk est très sympa et très réactive Le logement est parfait pour une famille La vue est fabuleuse Si nous en avons l'opportunité nous reviendrons sans problème dans cette propriété. Vacker och lugn miljö. Välskött bostadsområde. Bilutflykt till fantastiska stränder.

Missvisande information på HomeAway hemsida gav en dålig start på semestern, men tackvare utförligare information från hyresvärden blev det en fantastisk vistelse. Bil ett absolut måste för att ta sig till Moraira, närmsta affär, restaurang och strand. Vi tog oss även till en avlägsen naturstrand. Huset ligger i ett lungt och privat område. Otroligt vackert landskap. Huset är välutrustat, men det fjärde sovrummet saknar air condition och har bara ett litet fönster utan gardin.

Spacious property with exceptional views over Moriara town & Bay Area. Well equipped property with good quality fittings & furniture. Kitchen very well equipped with plenty of plates stemware & cutlery. Parking description should state for small car only. Would have no problem returning to this property.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten in allen Zimmern. Wir wurden ganz außerordentlich betreut, die Vermieten ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Einfach nur herrlich!
