The villa is located 2.5 km from the beach and the town centre, where you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults; shops, bars, restaurants, water activities, ideal for sea lovers. Moraira is the perfect place, where you can get lost in one of the multiple coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. A perfect plan.



The house, decorated with good taste, has a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace, from where one accesses a pleasant covered terrace with space to eat while enjoying beautiful sea views, an independent fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another with bunk beds and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other, en-suite with a shower.



On the outside of the property, we find a spacious terrace with a private pool, shower, barbecue area, and various corners where you can eat outdoors. The laundry area is located in the lower part of the house, where there is also an extra fridge.
