This cottage has been fully renovated to a high standard. It is very rural and set in the beautiful Breton countryside with fantastic walks and quiet country lanes.
On site we have a well stocked games barn with pool table, bebe foot table, table tennis table and an air hockey table, toys and ride ons for the younger children.
We have a heated outdoor swimming pool, open from from 10am until 10 pm daily from mid-May to September, and a pottery/craft studio where everyone is welcome to join Gill in creating something totally unique to take home as a reminder of their holiday with us.
There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, churches and beaches within easy reach. Free Wifi. English and French Satellite TV. Laundry Facilities.
Laurel Cottage has three comfortable, carpeted bedrooms. Open plan living and dining areas with log burner. Fully fitted & equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker. Family bathroom on first floor with thermostatically controlled walk in shower, toilet and washbasin and an en suite wash room in the second floor bedroom which has a washbasin and toilet.
There are radiators on the ground floor, landing, bathroom and two bedrooms on First Floor all controlled by a central thermostat in main house. Second Floor bedroom has an electric heater.
Outside there is a private sitting area with patio table, chairs & barbecue.
We also offer all of our guests a discount with Brittany Ferries.
Also on site is our two bedroomed gite, Fuchsia Cottage, which sleeps up to four people plus Cot.
We make up all the beds ready for your arrival and provide a bath towel for each guest. The towels are for interior use only, you need to provide your own pool/beach towels.
We do have our own animals including a few dogs and several cats so our guests are also welcome to bring their pets so long as they are well behaved and kept under control at all times. There is an additional charge of £50.00 (55 Euros) per pet for the duration of your stay.
Between the months of September to May any heating used is an additional charge. There are oil fired central heating radiators on the fround floor and in the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor of this cottage. There is also a log burner on the ground floor, logs can be purchased for 10 Euros per basket.
Other than mentioned above, all costs are included in the price quoted except for electricity. We have inline meters in each cottage which are read upon your arrival and on the day of your departure. Units are charged at exactly the same price as we pay our Electricity Company, no profit is made on the charge whatsoever. Payment will be required on the day of departure.

Nous avons une piscine extérieure chauffée, ouverte de 10h à 22h tous les jours de mi-mai à septembre, et un atelier de poterie / artisanat où tout le monde est invité à se joindre à Gill pour créer quelque chose de totalement unique à emporter à la maison en souvenir de leurs vacances avec nous. Il y a de nombreux bars, restaurants, supermarchés, banques, églises et plages à proximité. Wifi gratuit. Télévision par satellite en anglais et en français. Buanderie. Laurel Cottage dispose de trois chambres confortables et recouvertes de moquette. Salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte avec poêle à bois. Cuisine entièrement aménagée et équipée avec four à gaz et plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique, cafetière. Salle de bains familiale au premier étage avec douche à l'italienne thermostatée, toilettes et lavabo et une salle de bain attenante dans la chambre du deuxième étage avec lavabo et toilettes. Il y a des radiateurs au rez-de-chaussée, un palier, une salle de bains et deux chambres au premier étage, toutes contrôlées par un thermostat central dans la maison principale. La chambre au deuxième étage a un radiateur électrique. Dehors, il y a un coin salon privé avec table de patio, chaises et barbecue. Nous offrons également à tous nos clients une réduction avec Brittany Ferries. Également sur place, notre gîte de deux chambres, Fuchsia Cottage, peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes plus un lit bébé. Nous préparons tous les lits pour votre arrivée et fournissons une serviette de bain à chaque invité. Les serviettes sont à usage intérieur uniquement, vous devez fournir vos propres serviettes de piscine / plage. Nous avons nos propres animaux, y compris quelques chiens et plusieurs chats, de sorte que nos clients sont également invités à amener leurs animaux de compagnie à condition qu'ils se comportent bien et soient sous contrôle à tout moment. Il y a un supplément de £ 50,00 (55 Euros) par animal pour la durée de votre séjour.
Entre les mois de septembre à mai, tout chauffage utilisé est un supplément. Nous avons des compteurs en ligne dans chaque chalet qui sont relevés à votre arrivée et le jour de votre départ. Les unités sont facturées exactement au même prix que nous payons à notre compagnie d'électricité, aucun profit n'est réalisé sur la charge quelle qu'elle soit. Le paiement sera exigé le jour du départ.
