For first time visiting Montauk, this location did not disappoint. We had a great view of the water. We enjoyed the easy distance between Montauk Point and the East Hampton shops/restaurants. Given the time of our travel (mid-Sept) we realized some spots were limiting hours and/or closed for season but still had plenty of options. Also, our host was MOST gracious in crediting one night in which we had delay our arrival due to my husband having a minor med procedure get rescheduled to date we were supposed to be arriving. We had to delay our trip by a day and it was already going to be a tight trip so it was very appreciative that Ari credited our first night back to us without hesitation/delay.

Absolutely beautiful! We stay in Montauk often and this was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed space for the square footage. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning.

This condo was exactly as pictured and the balcony views overlooking the beach were amazing. The space was really thoughtfully designed despite the square footage with pocket doors, plenty of added closet space for hanging clothes, and enough counter space for food prep. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little space.

We had a lovely stay at Ari’s apartment - it was so beautiful, clean and lovely! The location was perfect. Ari was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay again!
