Spatious 7 bedroom villa, recently renovated, near the beaches and Puerto Banus

This villa has plenty of space. It has an extra (2nd) kitchen on the ground floor. It has dining capacity up to 12 people inside as well outside around the swimming pool. It has 3 laundry machines and an additional laundry room. Downstairs it has a meeting room with pool table. It has super fast (fiber) internet and two televisions with channels from all over the world. It has two separate gardens, one around the swimmong pool and one separately with enough space for children to play. There are at least 10 chairs for sun bathing.
Nearby are (2min by car): Laguna village with two beaches: Puro Beach & Camuri Beach, the most famous beaches of the region. There is also a paintball facility, a possibility for buggy trips within 2-5 minutes of the residence. Puert Banus is at about 8 minutes with car .... With this residence you are in the middle of everything. For the Golfers this is the Walhalla: you are in between all the major Golf Facilities. Because of the spaces in the villa, families and friends can have a fantastic stay.
