Bright penthouse on a 1700 building, with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of the historic center of Venice.
We are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but the view is worth the climb.
The view is 360 degrees, because there are windows on all sides.
Easy to reach is: 15 minutes walk from Santa Lucia station, 20 from Piazzale Roma. 5 and 7 minutes by vaporetto: the bus stop is only 4 minutes on foot.
Or 10 minutes from the Guglie stop, where the Alilaguna airport shuttle arrives.

Lovely Venetian Spot – With a Few Steps and a Warm Embrace

Venice, you truly are a stunner! Our stay in this quaint little apartment was a real treat. Nestled in the heart of the city, it was every bit as clean and inviting as the listing promised. Plus, the owner – what a star! Now, let's chat about your daily mini-workout. We're talking four flights of stairs to reach this slice of Venetian heaven. A bit of a trek, sure, but just consider it part of the authentic Italian experience, right? One heads-up though, the place has a slightly over-enthusiastic approach to the warm Italian summer, all thanks to an air conditioning system that's a tad on the underpowered side. We had a few balmy nights of sleep, so if you're the type that likes to keep things cool, you might want to plan accordingly. But hey, don't let that deter you. Venice is all sorts of amazing, and a few warm nights are a small price to pay for experiencing this magical city. We're talking about coming back already – and maybe next time we'll pack an extra fan, just in case!

Great location, great location, and nice place.

Photos don’t do this place justice. Great property with great views. We lost hot water for our last day. We where only there for two days. They tried to get someone but it being a weekend could not. Would have been nice to get a discount in our stay but we did not.

Unique rooftop apartment

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning views across the rooftops of Venice. There are a LOT of stairs but once in the apartment it’s great. We appreciated the AC and the friendly attention of our host, Federico, who met our train at station and walked us over to the apartment. Great location with a market right nearby and easy walk to the sights.
