The 102m² apartment with direct sea view, including a 15m² terrace is located on the edge of the street (see photo, 10 stair steps to climb). Vehicles are parked on the street.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 with air conditioning with each of the 160 beds, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen open to a dining / living room with air conditioning and another dining room with integrated gas plancha overlooking the terrace with sea view
Internet access and wifi. You will know the access code in your rental contract.
Interior equipment: Satellite TV (French TNT channels, German, English channels ...) and Spanish channels, fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, utensils kitchen and all basic dishes. I will send you a document consisting of photographs of the equipment, dishes, etc.

The apartment's shared pool has sea views. It is located 200 m away (2 other swimming pools 500 m away)
The apartment is located 500m from a shopping center with hairdresser, restaurants, bars and a pharmacy (300m).
It is close to the small beach of Moraig (1.8 km).
Arrival
Preferred between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. (another schedule may be agreed)
