About this property

It is an independent and fully furnished studio flat which can host up to 2 guests (king size bed), with air condition, heating, WiFi, TV. Around there is a garden and a terrace where you can relax at will. The studio is equipped with a sauna, a pleasant attraction in winter time, which you can use at an agreed extra fee. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. The studio is nearby the metro C stop Mirti, only 4km from the city center, 15km from Ciampino airport. The city center can be reached in only 20 minutes by metro C. A variety of supermarkets, fishery and meat shops, cafès, restaurants and public transport all very closeby. I am very hospitable and attentive to the needs of the tourists, so I try to cater to their every need. Welcome to my garden studio.
