Ways of payment:The remaining amount can be done in cash or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) at the day of arrival. Payment by American Express has a 4% surcharge of the remaining amount.

Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros).

Expenses:We will charge 200 euros/month for water, electricity
internet.

Cleaning service:The client may hire a cleaning service, under express conset of the client.
