Located in the triangle Montegiorgio, Rapagnano and Monte Sanpietrangeli, and surrounded by an exceptional landscape, the Fattoria del Rosmarino is a farm built in the 18th century which has been recently entirely renovated. A terrace overlooking the mountains, including the Sybilles, in clear weather over to the sea, opens directly onto the swimming pool and its generous relaxing area. The ground floor consists of three independent apartments with four bathrooms and three separate entrances. A modern and spacious kitchen is available to tenants.

Beaches can be reached within 25 minutes from the Fattoria, mountains in 40 minutes. Two internationally renowned opera festivals can be visited during summer - that of Macerata at 35 minutes, that of Pesaro at 45 minutes.

Wonderful house

We went to Jean Phillipe and Marias house in july 2023 for 2 weeks. We are a large family of 9 adults and we had an absolutely marvelous vacation among nature and a garden that we only could dream of. We are not very interested in making too much commercial and too many reviews of this place because we would actually rather keep the place to our selves......but we want to make sure that Jean-Phillipe and Maria know that we couldn't had wish for more at our stay in The rosmarin house! Thank you so much for letting us in and send our love to the wonderful Tottenham fan :-)

Bezauberndes Haus in einer grandiosen Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr warmherzig von den Hosts empfangen. Man ist ja immer etwas angespannt, aber unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus, eine grandiose Aussicht (wow !!!), toller gepflegter Pool (10m 👍👍), ein unglaublich schöner Garten - Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Was will man mehr?! Wir hatten unvergesslich schöne Tage in Arteta. Die Hosts sind sehr nett, gaben uns tolle Tipps, insbesondere Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Wir kommen wieder 👍

Veramente bella

Eravamo 5 coppie di amici. La casa è molto bella, isolata e tranquilla. Maria e suo marito sono due persone splendide, cordiali, disponibili e molto discrete. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario, piatti bicchieri, posate in gran quantità, eventualmente mancherebbe solo un forno microonde e la TV (che a mio parere in vacanza se ne può anche fare a meno, ma alcuni dei miei amici l'avrebbero gradita). La piscina è molto bella, l'abbiamo sfruttata moltissimo. L'unica cosa è una stanza un po' sacrificata e non ideale per due adulti (non ha finestre) ma andrebbe bene per due bambini con i genitori nella stanza adiacente. Alla sera ci sono un po' di insetti, ma è normale essendo immersa nella natura. Quindi ... consigliatissima !!!

Un piccolo paradiso

Viaggiando con amici, tutti ragazzi giovani, è stata una bellissima esperienza. La casa presenta tutte le comodità, è bella sia dentro che fuori e il panorama è mozzafiato. La piscina è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della proprietà, accanto agli ulivi illuminati ed al profumo dei cespugli di lavanda e rosmarino. La casa è isolata, perciò non si hanno problemi di vicini fastidiosi. Sicuramente l’ultimo tratto di strada per arrivare è un po’ difficile da percorrere essendo uno sterrato, specialmente con una macchina da città, ma con un po’ di attenzione si riesce ad attraversare. Proprietari cordiali, ospitali e molto disponibili. Anche Rosina e Peppe sono stati davvero gentili e bendisposti. Girando un po’ in macchina si possono visitare i paesini circostanti, tranquilli e suggestivi. Organizzandosi si riescono a vedere molti posti, compreso il mare, quindi nel complesso raccomando pienamente la proprietà.

siamo stati benissimo. La casa é pulita, in ottimo stata e perfettamente attrezzata. Il highlight é sicuramente il giardino con la piscina e la vista mozzafiato. Ideale per famiglie con bambini. Molto disponibile i proprietari e soprattutto Rosina e Giuseppe che si occupano della manutenzione e pulizia sono molto simpatici e ci hanno dato tanti consigli e si poteva sempre contare sulla loro disponibilitá. Non c'é dubbio.... torneremo

Beautiful villa perfect for a group of friends or family. Terrace, pool and views are amazing!

A group of 8 friends, we stayed at this beautiful property for ten days in early August and it was the perfect find for our holiday. The villa is even bigger and more impressive in reality than the pictures show - the bedrooms are all an excellent size and the kitchen and bathrooms are to a very modern standard while maintaining the villa’s lovely character. The gardens are beautifully maintained and we helped ourselves to the herbs when cooking. The terrace and pool are really special and this is where we spent most of our time relaxing. The views from the terrace while eating dinner or having a glass of wine are Italy at its best. The surrounding area is really charming with small towns and local markets to visit. Our hosts were very generous and helpful with local tips and recommendations for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing nearby. Myself and my friends would highly recommend a visit!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Ausblick

Zwei wundervolle Wochen haben wir in diesem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus geniessen dürfen. Wir waren entzückt über die traumhafte Landschaft, den weitläufigen Ausblick und den einzigartigen Pool mit der Terrasse umgeben von Lavendel, Sonnenblumen und Rosmarin - ein kleines Paradies. Für 10 Erwachsene war der Platz im Haus etwas knapp. Die Bäder sind neu und ansprechend. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen grossen Kühlschrank und einen riesigen Tiefkühler. Da das letzte Stück zum Haus über eine Feldstrasse verläuft, ist es nicht zu empfehlen, mit einem tiefergelegten Auto zukommen. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich, unkompliziert und offen. La Fattoria del Rosmarino können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Mit Patricia, ihrer Familie und den Freunden durfte „La Fattoria del Rosmarino“ eine ganz reizende Gruppe aus der Schweiz begrüßen. Obwohl mit 10 Erwachsenen eine größere Gruppe zu Gast war, gestaltete sich der Aufenthalt harmonisch, ruhig und problemlos. Schön, dass unsere Gäste nicht nur am Pool, der Landschaft oder am abendlichen Grillen Gefallen fanden, sondern auch die nähere und weitere Umgebung der Fattoria erkundeten. Wir wünschen Patricia und ihrer Gruppe alles Gute für das restliche Arbeitsjahr und danken für die nette Empfehlung! Maria

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit herrlicher Sicht!

Wir haben eine prächtige - sehr heisse - Woche in diesem herrlichen Haus verbracht. Das Haus bot für uns 7 Erwachsene hinreichend Platz. Wegen der Hitze haben wir viel Zeit in und am Pool oder auf der Terrasse verbracht, von wo aus man die herrliche Landschaft bestens geniessen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet, der Umschwung sehr gepflegt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen - einzig sinkt damit vielleicht die Chance auf ein Wiedersehen ... Alles Gute und herzlichen Dank!
