Precious Mallorcan house with stone facade on an 11,000m2 estate.

While the interior of the house is very beautiful, the exterior is undoubtedly the best. A huge garden with a large, impeccably maintained lawn and a variety of trees and plants. The 08 x 04 metre swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has a staircase inside the pool for greater safety and comfort.

Large porch with fixed barbecue, furnished with comfortable sofas.

There is also a large terrace in front of the house, with a table and chairs, and a pergola for shade.

The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Living room with satellite TV and internet access and a spacious kitchen open to the dining room, fully furnished and equipped.

Located in a rural area on the outskirts of the town of Búger,

a central town on the island and well-connected. -VT/1403

Absolutely gorgeous vila

Absolutely gorgeous vila. The outdoor area is beautiful and stunning! The hosts were very responsive and quick to help us with a few questions we had. Secluded so great for privacy. Not easily in walking distance to place so research the area before going and definitely would recommend hiring a car. Overall it's a great villa for a group.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the pool and outside seating area - it was very peaceful. We had a slight problem with ants in the kitchens but the hosts were very responsive and quickly resolved the problem. The kitchen was well equipped. We bedrooms were quite basic but everything was super clean.

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks at the villa. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely and maintained regularly. Indoor accommodation was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. The villa was cleaned after the first week and new towels were provided. A lovely place to relax whilst only 20 minutes drive from Alcudia and 25 mins to Pollensa.

Great house with a beautiful garden!

Great house with a beautiful garden! We can highly recommend coming to this beautiful property. The house is an old stone house therefore quite cold - amazing for summer time but do pack an extra sweatertwo for winter. The communication and response time with the owners was very quick and friendly.

Perfect house to stay for 6 people. Garden clean, perfect size and many places to appreciate the house. Great and confortable swimming pool. The outside living room is the perfect place for the evening. Dont forget mosquito repellent. Great location, 20min to the nice muro beach. House highly recommended !

A very happy family stay for two weeks.

A very happy family stay for two weeks. The villa was cleaned after one week with fresh bedding and towels. The pool was just right although not sure of the water treatment as my wife’s white costume and my daughter’s died hair turned green. There were some ants in the bathrooms which we reported. Overall it was a great family holiday and we were very happy there.

We had a lovely stay at the property. The house is a fair size for 6 guests, bedrooms are quite small but the living spaces are ample and the kitchen is great to have all the family round to cook. The property excels in its outside spaces. The pool is beautiful and the outside dining area is divine. Plenty of space to BBQ, have drinks, sunbath, exercise, eat dinner together. We spent 90% of our stay in the garden. The location is very rural but only a short distance to the nearest towns with supermarkets. We went to Alcudia a few times to the beach which is a beautiful port town. This was only 15 mins away in the car. The host was great, we had an issue with the shower and he came out to fix the same day. We would definitely recommend and stay ourselves again.

Es ist die perfekt Villa, um zu entspannen und einfach nichts zu tun. Wir würden definitiv ein Auto empfehlen, da man ansonsten nicht wegkommt und Taxis nicht bis zu der Finca fahren ( also so haben wir es erlebt). Es ist nichts auszusetzen und alles hat super geklappt!

Die Lage Die Villa Der Pool Der Garten Der Grillbereich Viel Zubehör (kaffeefilter, Mülltüten usw.) Zuviel Chlor im Pool Zuwenig Geschirr in der Küche (Schüsseln, große Schüsseln fehlen) Messer stumpf Handtücher innen alt Duschvorhang usw könnten mal ausgewechselt werden…

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wir waren Anfang Juli eine Woche in der Finka und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Finka liegt etwas abseits, sodass man vor Ort wirklich seine Ruhe hat. In ein paar Minuten ist aber mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wir verbrachten 6 Tage in der Finca für unseren Freundinnen-Urlaub und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Ein- und Auschecken war unkompliziert, die Finca selbst wirklich wunderschön. Heraus sticht definitiv die schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage mit vielen Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten und einem sauberen Pool. Die Ausstattung der Finca sowie die Zimmer waren für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten ohne Probleme. Wir würden diese Finca definitiv weiterempfehlen!
