Location:
Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but only 15 minutes by metro from Plaça Catalunya (the most touristy and historical part of Barcelona). The station is a short walk from the apartment, across the Vallcarca Viaduct bridge.
You can reach Parc Güell on foot in a few minutes. If you prefer to take the bus (number 92), it's a few meters from the apartment and will drop you off right in front of the Parc Güell entrance.

Transport:
We recommend using public transport: The "Vallcarca" metro station (L3) is about a 3-minute (190-meter) walk from the apartment and takes you directly to the city center.
You can also take bus number 28 to reach Plaça Catalunya. Along the way, you'll pass through Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most famous avenues, where you can admire two of Antoni Gaudí's best-known works of art: "Casa Batlló" and "Casa Milà" or "La Pedrera".
You will also see other symbolic and emblematic buildings belonging to the Modern Age of Barcelona.
There is a public pay parking lot: Parking Miguel de la Capilla, about 550 meters from the apartment.
Barcelona Airport: Barcelona Airport is 16.6 kilometers away, about a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the apartment.
If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us in advance or when making your reservation. Depending on the variation, an additional charge may apply (€15/set).
There is a mandatory tourist tax of €2,48 per person/night and a municipal surcharge of €4.40 per person/night, payable upon arrival as it is not included in the rate. This must be paid directly to the rental agency.
Smoking, group dinners, parties, and noise after 9 pm are strictly prohibited. Police fines range from €200 to €600 and are payable immediately.
Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
A €200 damage deposit (credit card authorization) is required upon arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, this is automatically released up to 7 days after your departure (if the apartment is left in good condition). This does not apply to bookings made through Airbnb.
This is an in-person check-in; you will coordinate with an agent to access the property.
Check-in time is from 3 PM to 8 PM.
If you check in later, please note that there is a surcharge of €30 for check-in between 8 PM and 11:59 PM, and €50 for check-in after that. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the check-in agent. Otherwise, VAT will be added.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive a PreCheck-in form where you must fill in your passport and contact and arrival details. It is essential that you indicate your expected arrival time here.
ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY: To ensure we can receive you on time at the apartment, it is necessary to call us at least 30-40 minutes before arriving at the apartment, using the check-in agent's phone number indicated in the Guest Portal (using the link from the PreCheck-in Form). If you don't call us in time, you may have to wait for the check-in agent.

ON YOUR CHECK-OUT DAY: Turn off all lights and electrical appliances. Wash the dishes, take out the trash, and leave the keys on the main table before leaving the apartment.
