Stone built villa with a swimming pool and a fantastic sea view in Koundouros

Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest island to Athens, with 3 to 4 boats a day going to the island. There are few hotels on the island, so private villas are rented out in the summer months. This villa is located in the area of Koundouros, well known for its sandy beaches and windmills.

Most of the houses on the island have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architecture. The villa has the main house of 100sq meters and a guest house of 35sq meters. The villa has a large terrace with a swimming pool, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and the amazing sunsets, whilst sipping a glass of local wine.

The main house has a living room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Outside the kitchen is a large covered dining area with a BBQ.The guest house has a small living room with a sofa bed (for one person), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
