Rules and Restrictions
St. Joseph’s Bay Country Club boasts a pristine 18-hole championship golf course featuring mature trees, lush fairways, sloping greens, and strategically placed hazards on a traditional layout. Guests of Pristine Properties will enjoy one complimentary round of golf daily at St. Joseph’s. One tee time may be made each day—no more than 48 hours in advance. Proper golf attire is required. No personal coolers or beverages are allowed. Reservations are required.
Spend the day cruising through the warm waters of the Forgotten Coast and experience some of the most thrilling fishing the area has to offer aboard the Fish’n Xpress! Have your fresh catch professionally cleaned (please remember to tip the mates). Guests are provided with bait, tackle and fishing licenses. Onboard beverages are available for cash but guests can bring their own softsided coolers with food and drink (no glass or alcohol). Enjoy one complimentary adult fare per day. Reservations are required.
Experience the beauty of Cape San Blas as never before astride one of Broke-A-Toe’s gentle, professionally-trained horses for an afternoon that promises to be the highlight of your vacation! The ‘walk only’ beach ride is safe for beginners and takes in plenty of coastal scenery while traveling along the water’s edge. We have had many memorable times in this beautiful, relaxing, comfortable beach front house!! We love coming here to relax, hang out with family & friends, cook yummy seafood, walk, swim, collect shells, play bocce ball, build sandcastles, have fires on the beach, go skim boarding, shoot fireworks, go on pontoon rides in the bay, play volleyball, watch movies, play board and card games, throw the football, fish, pick up scallops, play frisbee, fly kites, go crabbing, watch the sunset, look for wildlife, look for constellations, etc. It is perfect for family fun times!!

We bought this property to connect with family and friends. We did a major renovation in 2003. We continue to update the property and look for new ways to enhance it for our renters. We did a major renovation and upgraded many things in the beginning of 2019 due to Hurricane Michael.
