Welcome to the beautiful Beach Cottage Resorts, located on the
crystal clear shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This exquisite oceanfront condo is just fabulous! The owners of this property have taken great
care to make every inch of this vacation home outstanding. Between
its dramatic location fronting Indian Rocks Beach, the wonderful
tropical furnishings, and magnificent ocean views, you'll see why
this condominium is in such demand.

Located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach, this luxurious
condo offers everything you need to have a truly remarkable
experience. Positioned on the top level of the beautiful Beach
Cottage Resorts, this condo features 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds,
2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, streaming ready smart TVs,
DVD, air conditioning, and a patio overlooking the beach and ocean.
There is also a washer/dryer, private phone, extra linen, barbecue
grill, and maid service.

As part of a resort, you're also provided with a large sun deck
featuring a heated pool and spa, and outdoor dining and grilling.
The private beach to this resort is only a footstep away, and the
location provides plenty of restaurants and attractions for all of
your entertainment desires. With incredible views and nice
living accommodations, it's no wonder why some of our guests have
said this vacation spot is the closest thing to heaven!

** We only do weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4pm on Saturdays. No early check-ins allowed. **

Fun trip, perfect beach!

We had a great stay and don’t rest the owner was super helpful. The place could have a few newer upgrades or modern conveniences but otherwise we had a great time.

Martin’s Condo was big, clean, very accommodating, and the views were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and he checked in multiple times to make sure the trip was going well. We would love to rent his condo and visit Indian Shores again! It’s a gem

Beautiful sunsets

The condo was very nice and very spacious. Amenities are great and you walk right onto the beach. Sunsets are picture perfect. Will definitely be booking again.

We had a great time at Martins Condo. It has nice amenities and is just footsteps away from the beach and pool. We all slept great in the king sized beds. My son loved it too. Can't wait to go back again!

Best Condo at Indian Shores

I stayed at this unit last summer and had a great time! The condo had a great view of the beach, ocean, pool deck, and was on the top floor! It was very clean, had nice furniture, very spacious. Everything about the area was great. The building was very nice too and I liked that it had parking available in the shade. What a wonderful beach to have as my backyard for the week! I will definitely be going back again! Thank you Martin!
