Oceanfront * Awesome View * The Pelican *2 pools

This 4th floor (with elevator) Oceanfront Condo is family-owned. It
has a very spacious living room with an open floor plan (Approx.
1300 sq. ft.) and has double sliding doors which allows the view of
the beautiful ocean from within our unit. Besides a seperate dining
area there is also a snack bar. From the extra-wide private
balcony, you also overlook the 2 large pools ... (see pictures
below)... (more pictures avalable by e-mail)
Located within a mile of the shopping center that has a Bealls
department store, gift stores, a grocery store, and restaurants.

Beach view was great. Pool area was very nice and had ample seating. Place from the outside was dated. However, the inside looked newly remodeled and was spotless and comfortable. It was well appointed and in a good location. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Just note, there were a lot more rules than I've experienced at any other property.

Highly recommend this beach front property!The owner is amazing, she leaves perfect directions in the condo regarding parking , pool and beach. I only wish we could’ve brought our little schnauzer with us - we will be back in the future

Great stay at the Pelican!

The pictures of the view don’t do it justice! Had a great stay thanks to Sherie, she was a great communicator and host. The property is close to everything and has two great pools as well as being directly on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the spacious balcony view and the majestic waves. Getting out to the beach was super easy and the pool area and the amount of seating was amazing. We hope to stay there again.
