Your " Home away from Home " is furnished to a high standard, clean
comfortable and very relaxing. Offering two air-conditioned bedrooms,
and one with celing fan
Situated on a ridge overlooking the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course,
St. James.
The cooling trade winds are appreciated all year round.
Ideal for those who enjoy peace and quiet, yet just a mile away from
everything else that you could possibly want.
The nearest beach, Heron Bay ( next to Colony Club beach ) is one mile down the hill.
1 1/2 miles to Holetown for shopping, Banks, restaurants and nightly
entertainment.
Distance from the Airport: 26km
Airport transfers and car rental available at reasonable rates.


Open plan kitchen, dining and living room opens up to a patio with
exceptional un-interupted views over the Royal Westmoreland Golf
Course, countryside to the ocean.
Cable TV/Stereo/Telephone and Wirelee Internet
The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge/freezer, built in oven
and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and
all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cook ware.
All linens and towels provided and laundry service for these items.
There is a laundry room on site for your personal use.
A one bedroom and two bedroom self contained Cottages are also
available, separately or altogether make this property ideal for
Wedding parties or family re-unions. Accommodating up to 12 guests.
The large swimming pool is located within the 5 acres of tropical
gardens. Comfortable loungers to relax and sunbathe. Outdoor dining.
A pool bar with refridgerator, BBQ grills etc. These facilities are
shared.
Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are
available.

Fantastic stay in Barbados

Carol and Lottie were fantastic hosts and were extremely helpful even from my first enquiry. The villa was superb and in a fantastic location, I would highly recommend.

Quiet, Relaxing, Beautiful

5 minutes from a beautiful beach and great snorkeling with a crystal clear pool to enjoy. Our host was wonderful and so were the three dogs who live on the property. We felt right at home. Sunrise over the Westmorland golf course was a great way to spend the day. Sun sets from Hole Town, and cocktails on the beach from Snowys. We cant wait to return.

Awesome hostess

We had an amazing time. The property is beautiful with a nice breeze. Carol and Lotty were both amazing. Anything we needed they took care of it for us. Drove us to beach once and booked our excursion for us. Lotty had a lot of great places for us to check out. We had a very large pool to ourselves. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay. I would recommend this property 100 times over.

Look no further for a stay in Barbados!

There are some times when you just don't want to come back from a vacation! Staying at the Westerlee will certainly give you that feeling. We stayed a week amongst rescued horses, puppies, wild monkeys and parakeets in a 5 acre property. The rental is surrounded by other high end enclaves such as Royal Westmoreland and Sugar Hill. But we were pleasantly surprised by how the well maintained Westerlee house probably beat staying anywhere else. Our 2 older kids didn't want to leave the house on some days and we couldn't really blame them when we wanted to visit a wildlife reserve to feed monkeys, when you can do so in your own backyard! Lottie (and Carol) took very good care of us and we felt the genuine warmth when working with them from the beginning: courteous, extremely responsive to all queries, buying groceries when we checked in on Dec 31 since most stores were closed the following day, patiently answering 100 questions on events, places, things to do etc... the list can go on. I have half a mind not to say more because I'd love for this place to be a secret. But if you visit Barbados, there is probably no other place that will give you such an awesome vibe! You have to see the place for yourself to believe it!

We had a great time at Westerlee. It's in a nice, quiet location but within easy reach of Holetown. Lotty and Carol were excellent hosts and we'd definitely stay there again...

Absolutely loved this place!

We stayed here for almost two weeks and have a wonderful time! The house was beautiful with lots of beautifully maintained outdoor space. We made friends with the rescue horses in their paddock and brought them carrots and apples every day. And the pool area is gorgeous and great for a relaxing dip each day. Totally recommend this place, and a massive thanks to Lottie and Carol for their hospitality.

Bel endroit

De grands espaces et une vue magnifique et vallonnée sur le golf, les chevaux et le jardin. Notre maison de 3 chambres était bien équipée. Mais l'une des 3 est petite et le lit 2 places est trop petit. L'accueil de Carroll est très sympa et il était au petit soin avec nous. La piscine est agréable et appréciable après une baignade à la superbe plage de Reeds bay qui est à 5 min en voiture.

Unforgetable vacation

The description of the house, its garden and the pool was very accurate. The whole property was very clean and well maintained. The owners provided great customer service much beyond our expectations, including information about car rental, local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc. I will definitely recommend the Westerlee to my friends and I'm planning on returning there myself in a near future.
