Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Pointe. The condo was wonderful, and the pool was so refreshing on the hot Florida summer days! Loved the location - convenient access on/off the island, but surprisingly quiet tucked into the mangroves. Would definitely stay again!

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The owner was extremely cordial and so courteous. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and felt like home. The convenience to the beaches and restaurants was perfect. An absolutely ideal location for an amazing vacation. I would heartily recommend it to anyone looking to just sit back and enjoy all Anna Maria Island offers.

Absolutely perfect!

Bill was an amazing host and our stay was perfect. The two bed two bath was great for my friend and I to share while visiting family. The condo also had a gorgeous view and is close to everything Anna Maria Has to offer. We will def look at staying here again:)

Pleasantly surprised

I needed a budget friendly place to stay to meet family in Anna Maria and this is definitely the place! Not only was the owner very communicative but the place is well stocked and located perfectly for your stay’s needs! It was so quiet and peaceful. The balcony backs up to a wildlife preserve and the sounds at night on the screened in porch was wonderful. I would definitely book again and get a golf cart next time!

Location was excellent for everything we love to do at AMI. Place was clean and very nice! Pictures do no justice! Bill had toys for my child, smart TV so I could log into my streaming services, Keurig coffee maker was convenient. Had excellent communication when I had a very minor issue (had nothing to do with unit, now was it the owner’s fault) 5/5 will stay again if unit is available

Quiet, convenient dream come true

Our family’s stay here was wonderful. (We stayed with kids aged 1.5, 7, and 12.). This property is within walking distance of beach, ice cream, coffee, groceries, pharmacy, Chinese, Mexican, Dollar Tree, souvenirs, and more, yet it has a very secluded feel. One of the best surprises was the back balcony overlooking a mangrove as far as the eye can see, from which we also caught breathtaking sunrises! The rooms were cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped. We made so many great memories here. We hope to return! Bill was a friendly, responsive, great host who made check in easy and even supplies toys, chairs, towels, umbrella, etc for the beach.

Tolles Apartment in top Lage

Das Apartment ist in einer kleinen Nebenstraße mit wirklich nur 300m vom Strand entfernt 👍 es ist super ausgestattet und es gibt viel Stuff für den Strand! Etwas chaotisch sind die ganzen Schubfächer und der kleine Raum mit den Strandsachen, da muss man schon sehr kramen. Alles in allem eine sehr tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage👍

The condo is better than the pictures. It was very clean and fully stocked on cleaning items and a lot of other things not expected. The storage room full of beach items added to our fun. It is Convenient to beach and we enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the preserve area. It was quiet and very private feeling yet located close to grocery store and other amenities. We hope to come back again

Tolles Appartment

Es war wunderbar! In dieser Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, der abgeschirmte Balkon ist klein, aber durch die Uneinsehbarkeit und das Mückenschutznetz perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenige Minuten zum Publix (prima um jeden morgen frische Brötchen zu holen) - ca 5 -6 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, Bushaltestelle für den kostenlosen Inselbus quasi vor der Tür. Perfekt war das bereitgestellte Beachequipment wie Sonnenschirme, Stühle und ein Beachwägelchen etc. für den Transport. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und würden dieses Appartment immer wieder buchen. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Great place with great prices

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Bills condo. The pictures posted don’t do it Justice, much nicer in person. Bill emailed/texted a few days prior to check in and responded within an hour with any questions or corners. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Spacious and well equipped

We had a wonderful week here. It felt like home, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy couches and plenty of room. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is good with a Publix right across the street and Manatee Beach just a couple blocks away. We loved our stay here. Not handicap accessible as the unit is above the car port so you do need to climb the stairs to reach it. Overall a great condo!

My daughter, son-in-law, and their three girls live in Bradenton Florida. I visit them about three times a year. I stay at the condo and try to keep it as clean and updated as possible.

Why they chose this property

The condo is about two and a half blocks from the beach. It is also right across the street from a Publics grocery store, a CVS, and a Walgreens. Dollar Tree and Dunkin Donuts are also across the street. You can find almost everything you need within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The Patio is very private. It overlooks a beautiful Mangrove Preserve. There is a trolley stop right out front on East Bay Drive. The Free Trolley takes you around the Island and back to the condo. The "Monkey Bus" is also available to take you anyway on the island for Trips only.
