Get immersed in the ultimate retreat and enjoy your home away from home on South Padre Island. Wake up to the island feel and the overwhelming relaxation that comes with an island get away. This beach house has been in our family for over 40 years and has helped us create numerous wonderful memories. It is 1 block away from direct beach access, 2 blocks away from the world famous Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, and 1 block away from the movie theatre. In addition, we have set up a viewing deck to watch the upcoming SPACEX launches as well the incredible fireworks display showcased every weekend during the summer. We are proud of trying to provide you everything you need to just walk in and start enjoying the island life, even if for just a while. Outdoor heated pool and spa recently added.

Perfect location!

We loved staying in the house. It was in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach. Accessing the house was easy and had everything we needed, including pool and beach toys. The pool/spa was a little challenging to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

This house was perfect for our annual family beach trip! Super close to the beach, beautiful pool/hot tub, fully stocked house and has everything you need for a family beach vacation.

Worst place to stay in 43 years of going to Padre Island

Upon arriving, ceiling fan in living/dining room did not work. Lock on downstair bath missing doorknob. Tv upstairs did not work and this tv controlled all other tv in condo. (Arrived on Sunday and was not fixed when we left on Saturday.) Manager informed that they were very busy and that she lived in Brownsvile. Rip-off!

I’ve been coming to South Padre for 13 yrs. And this house is definitely one of the best ones we’ve stayed at . Has everything you need . The pool was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be coming back.

This beach house has been in our family for over the last 40 years. It has been a source of many wonderful memories and recently re-modeled and upgraded for the ultimate retreat in a new, clean, and comfortable environment. It is now time for us to share this gift so that others can make their own great memorable moments.

Why they chose this property

As opposed to condos or hotels, our beach house provides a unique sense of privacy that one can only get with a vacation HOME. We want and are sure that you will feel like you are in a place you can call your own as you kick off your shoes and relax without having to worry about neighbors down a hallway or a motel/hotel atmosphere. All the amenities of a home, combined with the luxury of being on vacation on South Padre Island will immediately become apparent as you cross over the causeway, take a deep breath, and relax. Complete with great nearby restaurants/bars, outdoor fun in the sun, whether it be lounging around or the numerous sporting activities offered on the island, our “retreat” will be a unique and talked about experience for all.
