About this property

This 1st floor beach front condo offers convenience and
affordability right on the beach. Free wireless internet. You are
only a few steps from the
sand and the crashing waves. The unit has two bedrooms laid out as
one bedroom with two double beds, and one bedroom with one double
bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The
kitchen is fully equipped. Tenant needs to bring towels, linens and blankets
***Unfortunately, we do not rent to folks under 25, Prom or Senior Weeks. Thank you.
2020 CLEANING PROTOCOL
Area to store shoes outside before entering condo
Our cleaners will wear disposable gloves at all times.
We will ventilate rooms and use fans to circulate air during cleaning.
Vacuum bags will be changed after each cleaning.
We use cloth Hepa Filters and bags!
All trash cans will be lined.
All blankets will be removed and mattresses covered with a protective case, changed each week.
Step #1 CLEAN surfaces to remove dirt/grime.
Step #2 DISINFECT surfaces with hospital grade products.

Perfect location

The condo was on the first floor with easy accessibility. Spacious family area and kitchen. Comfortable sleeping spaces. Highly recommend as it was clean and well stocked. Thank you for allowing my family to use the space.

Awesome location

We had a fantastic stay!!!! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the necessities. The proximity to the beach was amazing as well as access to the laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family!

Perfect Location!

Great spot right on the beach. You don’t even have to cross the street to get the the sand. Lynn and Scott were also great. During our stay, one of the TVs stopped working and they had someone there to replace it within an hour. Thank you for an amazing stay!
