in Westport Harbor Massachusetts. Monthly winter rental. Min. weekly summer rental July & August saturday to saturday. Wedding/group rental available separate pricing. GREAT location to take a day trip or two to Boston MA, Newport RI , Providence RI, Bristol RI, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and Block Island RI. Local Wine Vineyards. We can plan and give you terrific travel ideas and restaurants to go to!

We loved our stay at this home which was perfect for days at the beach and strolls in quiet rural Westport. We especially appreciated grilling and watching the sunset by the fire pit. Would happily visit this home again.

Great spot for relaxing with family

Fabulous location, was a wonderful home for family to get together, relax, and enjoy the beach. Our children loved the yard, and the grownups spent most of the week on the porch or the screened dining area. David and Lynne were great hosts, very available for quick questions. Thank you for having us!

My family had a wonderful time staying here in Westport. The house is so spacious and well laid-out. There is plenty of room for people to congregate but also to indulge in alone time. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in. We enjoyed eating on the screen porch every night and gathering on the deck during the day. The house is just a few minutes from the beach, the Westport River and Cockeast Pond. It's also ten minutes from a great grocery store and farm stands. We loved it so much that we have already booked it for next summer.

An amazing place

What a stay we had! My sister’s family plus my own, including many teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed 2 weeks in this house. There was plenty of room (all those porches!) perfectly located (short bike ride to Elephant Rock beach) and included some great extras (outdoor shower, central air, plenty of bikes and beach chairs,etc). Lynne was a great host and even assisted with the purchase of our beach pass long before we arrived. This is a wonderful choice for a family reunion or any large group gathering. Thanks for an unforgettably relaxing 2 weeks.

Location location location

Last minute booking in Westport for a Family wedding. Lynne was wonderful during the booking process and in greeting us. The house sits on a beautiful piece of land and has many indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. It was comfortable and the AC was great during an unseasonably warm summer. If we had one wish it would have been for one more bath. But we made it all work. Thank you Lynne for the warm welcome and learning the history of the house. Great family house!

quiet coastal New Years

We had a lovely time in Westport at this beautiful home. The house was perfect for our two families since there are two bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom and two downstairs that share a bathroom. The upstairs had a great sitting room as well which was a wonderful place for my 8 year old to escape the craziness of a baby and preschoolers. The kitchen was well appointed and worked for our needs. Lynne was a great host and very responsive via text and phone when we needed her. Overall a great time was had by all, taking walks with the dogs on Horseneck Beach and enjoying delicious dinners with our friends.

Great stay!

Lynne was an exceptional host! I stayed here for my weekend and it worked great for getting ready. We hosted our parents for a BBQ during the week and enjoyed the screened in porch for chatting, and caught the sunset on the back deck. Very spacious with everything you need!

The house was perfect for a reunion of friends. We were able to reconnect and catch up in beautiful Westport. The house had many nooks & rooms that accommodated both small conversations and for the group to share a meal around the table as well. Lynn was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Unique rental with great location

A beautiful location for summer rentals, easy access for beaches, kayaking, etc. The property itself has an eclectic charm with a good amount of space for a family or more. I do wish the owner had provided upfront in the description that there is a couple living above the garage but they are nice people who keep to themselves.

Unique house with lots of space and great location

Really enjoyed our stay at Lynne's and Dave's place. The house is very spacious with lots of places and room to spread out - 2 screened in porches and two outdoor decks, plus plenty of inside space. The property also has lots of space to spread out in the yard. The location is quiet with beautiful scenery. It was the perfect spot and home to celebrate a milestone birthday with family and friends!

Great getaway!

Our weekend stay at Dave & Lynne was fantastic. The house and the grounds facilitated an amazing “ socially distanced “ family gathering. Our hosts welcomed us and showed us around the house and grounds. The home although spacious had a cozy feel. Would recommend a stay here without reservations!

Family Vacation

In a word....idyllic. This Westport home and its location are spectacular with breath-taking views from each window, deck, or porch. Pleasant bike rides to the nearby beach, lounging on the deck, and evenings around the fire pit made this relaxing family gathering memorable and special. Lynne and David were attentive hosts answering questions and being available as needed to make our stay comfortable and fun!

Fun week in westport

This is a great property, We had a Family reunion and enjoyed the week. The private beach club has a nice beach and a rock to swim out to and jump off. The bedrooms are good size, nice decks and a fun house to rent with all the levels.
