Homey Furnished Phoenix Rental

Kick your shoes off and relax. Fully furnished, ground floor, single-level townhome with a casual, less fancy type of vibe in GATED NORTH PHOENIX COMMUNITY. Centrally located for fast access to just about anywhere. Open living space. Attached private double carport. Generous fenced rear yard with 20' covered patio. Pet friendly flooring and furniture. Property is near a busy street so traffic noise is present, but the superior space & privacy for the price have made it a popular choice for 15+ years. Just bring your personal items/supplies, everything else is here.

Internet Note - Internet service seems to be fine for most things and has been very reliable in recent years, but it isn't the fastest thing around.

Safety Notes - Primary living area is sunken a few inches so a slight step up and down is necessary and tripping is a possibility if care is not exercised. Also, the large perimeter plants in the back yard are oleanders and you’ll see them almost everywhere you look in this type of climate. Popular as they are for the year round greenery and privacy they provide with little care, they are also quite toxic to humans and pets if ingested. We are dog lovers w/two mini dachshunds who freely roam every inch of our property and we have three oleander plants in our back yard. The point is, the co-existence of pets, people and these plants goes on every day w/o incident, probably because oleanders just aren’t the type of taste treat that most pets or kids find tempting. That said, if you feel any members of your party might be dangerously attracted to them, please keep them out of the area unless you are able to provide supervision.

Our stay at North Mountain condo

This is the second time we have stayed in Rick's place, and both experiences were excellent. The condo is centrally located, very well stocked, and clean. It's close to the freeway, but the neighborhood is very quiet. We brought our small dog with us, and it was nice to have a yard for her to use.

North Phoenix Condo

The condo fit our needs well. It was clean and had more amenities (hand soap, TP, utensils, dishes, etc.) than other places we've rented. The neighborhood itself was quiet, but some nights there was a lot of traffic noise outside the gated community. Rick was a great host, very responsive when we had questions and got back to us quickly.

A getaway from the snow.

The property was great. It is central to all the ballparks and many other sightseeing places we went to. Easy access to golf courses. The unit was very well stocked with bedding, towels, and anything we required in the kitchen. We had no issuses with anything. We would definately consider this place again.
