Our calendar is always up to date.

We offer Full Weekly Summer Vacations (Sunday to Sunday). and weekends for Fall, Winter and Spring! (2 night minimum)

Lake Anna is just a short drive and our beautiful waterfront home has it all for a spectacular time out in the countryside.

Our home is a beautiful place to spend with family, friends or business functions. Even though our home is very large, it is also a great place for couples too.

Whether you are looking through the wall of 'floor to ceiling windows'..... inside or out.....the views are spectacular.....Simply beautiful!

Expansive floor plan for easy access to most of the house on the main level including the Great Room, Master Bedroom and another bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Deck and Screened Porch without having to go up or down any steps. The Game Room and second living area are also on the main level. There is a paved walkway to the waterfront and boathouse and a sandy beach to play or relax.

You cannot find a better home on Lake Anna....just ask our past guests and they will let you know we aim to please and we take great care of our home so you will be able to create GREAT FAMILY MEMORIES.

Our home is a NON SMOKING HOME!

Must be 29 years or older to reserve our home. We do not allow High School Groups, College Groups, Fraternity Parties, Sorority Parties, Bachelor Parties or any other Non Family Type group activities at our home. Owners are diligent in their efforts to insure guests under the age of 29 are not allowed to rent our home or property without responsible adults in the group. If you are not 29 years of age or older and you book our property without written permission from the Owners....you will not be allowed to stay in our home and may forfeit your entire Damage Waiver Deposit. The person who makes the reservation and signs the Vacation Lease Agreement must be present in the house each day and night for the duration of the booking.

When you make a reservation online, you are automatically agreeing to No Early Check Ins and No Late Check Outs

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the dead bolt on dining room door is fully engaged by lifting up the door handle firmly until it engages. Then turn the kkob to the left to lock
Make sure all trash is in bags and tied closed before placing in external trash bins. Please “NO LOOSE TRASH IN EXTERNAL TRASH BINS.
Put all sports gear back on screen porch that faces the lake. Make sure Karla is turned upside down so rain will not fill up. Kayak and paddleboard must be kept up on lawn under lakeside tree.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our community has strict noise ordinance after 9 PM
$200 per hour penalty will be charged for every half hour late departure. CHECK OUT is always 10 AM unless previously approved in writing.

Beautiful Property on Lake Anna

We (myself and 9 buddies) had an excellent stay at Libby's Landing. The house was great - plenty of room to spread out and 10 beds so everyone got their own space to sleep. The main indoor draw of the house is an awesome great room where we spent most of our time when not outside. It was huge and even with 10 guys, there was more than enough room. The kitchen also had everything you'd need to prepare big meals. The outside was great too. We spent a lot of time at the firepit since we were there mid-October, but the deck/dock/yard were all very inviting and just tons of space. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a low stress place to stay with an excellent property manager that communicated well and was accurate in the description of their propety.

Siblings Getaway

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in September at this beautiful home. We were a group of 9, all 50+ years old and all siblings or sibling in-laws. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and feel like home. We enjoyed the firepit every evening. We explored the lake, the nearby State Park, winery and tap house. Highly recommend ! Host Mark answered all of our questions quickly. We had never been to Lake Anna and we are now hooked.

Perfect family vacation spot

Home and property was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 10 with 3 children. We loved the open yard for yard games, volleyball and campfires each night. The beach area into the lake was nice for our smaller children. The kayak and paddleboard were well used as long as the perfect area to float on tubes that we brought along. Mark was quick to reply and easily accessible which was nice. We would highly recommend this home and property!

2023 Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at the lake house and on Lake Anna. With 5 grandchildren you could not ask for a better location for them to run and play. The house is beautiful with everything you could ever want, room for all of us to stretch out and the kitchen...wow!! Thanks to the owners for their great communication and for the opportunity to stay in their lovely home. We are all talking about making this our annual trip. :-). Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Cabin on Lake Anna

We can not say enough about this beautiful cabin. Our family and friends enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. We enjoyed the fishing, the fire pit, the indoor fireplace and the roomy open space. The linen service is such a plus! Mark (the owner) was a great communicator and answered all our questions. The cabin, pier and grounds are all very well maintained and loved. The views of the lake are absolutely breathtaking. Our family really enjoyed the game room as well. Thanksgiving Gathering

We have stayed at several properties in the past 3 years and Libby’s Landing ranks the highest. We especially loved the layout of this home…having one grandkid that’s 2 yrs old having the 5th and 6th bedrooms on the 2nd level provided a noise free buffer for the rest of the house when the infant woke up in the middle of the night. The living and dining areas are outstanding. Outside the house we all enjoyed the enormous grounds whether walking, playing basketball, catching the football or fishing off the dock. There are many more hidden gems with this property but suffice it to say Mark and Donna have gorgeous place and were gracious hosts.

Best Vacation Ever

There are too many great things to say about this place to put down in a short review. First, what you see in the pictures are actually what you will see when you arrive. It is a stunning property. The way the home is set up is perfect for large gatherings. The whole point of our trip was to be able to spend quality time together as a family which always includes meals together or just hanging out. We viewed many homes before we picked this home, and the problem was always the same in that yes, a home could be large, but the eating or gathering areas would only seat half of your family, so what do you do with the other half? This home had more than enough seating for our large family for meals or watching movies together, with the most spectacular views and mature trees surrounding the property. The bbq area was the same way, enough seating for everyone with gorgeous views and convenient to the kitchen. The kitchen was so well equipped with two of everything, there was nothing you needed that was not there. Two full refrigerators which again, needed for big gatherings. It was easy to notice that the owners thought out everything that would make this a wonderful, easy experience. All of us had great night rests with the most comfortable beds ever. We caught so many fish right off the dock. The kids had easy access to the kayak and swim board and had so much fun using them all week. The firepit is beautiful with easy access to mounds of firewood. It was great to have a drink by the night fire looking at a million stars. Again, everything is so well thought out, there was absolutely no frustration at any time, which gave us all our own time to just have fun and enjoy our entire family trip with ease. We wanted to treat this home as our own. Thank you to the Ainsworth family who were immediately available if we had any questions. You made this quite a memorable event for our family.

This is our second year here and it was even better than the first. Our family and friends enjoyed the lovely home, fishing off of the dock, playing numerous games on the expansive flat yard (badminton, soccer, volleyball, frisbee, cornhole and racing). In the evenings we used the firepit and played indoor games on the two dining tables. The boathouse accommodated our fishing boat and a pontoon that we rented. What a relaxing getaway and Mark is a fantastic and attentive host. We will be back next year!

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend

The house is excellent. The massive window view of the lake is unparalleled. Everything about the set up is indulgent - multiple bars, well stocked kitchen, huge living room with very comfy furniture, huge deck, large gas grill, nice Adirondack chairs for relaxing and also tables and chairs for eating. The dock includes a screened in porch and swimming ladder, a kayak and a paddle board, plus a small sandy beach. The lawn includes a volleyball/badminton net. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We were fully warned that there would be no shampoo or soap for the shower, but found it onerous to bring for all 4 showers. We thought the place was completely clean but bath towels could have been fresher. Also keep in mind that the king bed on the first floor at the back of the house isn’t super convenient to a bathroom - put your younger people there!We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with 11 of us in the house. We only wish we had much longer - we didn’t even get to try out the game room or fire pit.

We are lifelong resident of Virginia. My wife and I had a dream to build a second home for family and friends but once our kids grew up and went away to college we found ourselves not going to the lake as often as we used to so we decided to offer it up to a few rentals to offset some of the expense. Little did we know that the floodgates would open and our home became a favorite for many families that want to come back for return vacations and getaways. It is our long term desire to be able to retire at our Lake Anna home within the next few years and enjoy it all to ourselves even though our home has become the MOST POPULAR HOME on Lake Anna year in and year out.

Why they chose this property

We built it from the ground up after seeing the 'Lot for Sale' signs while passing by on our boat when the community was first created. The views from the water were incredible when sitting in front of this lot and we could just imagine how beautiful the views would be from the house once we cleared all the forest away between the house and the waterfront. It took a few months to secure the land and ultimately get approval for our Luxury Log Home but we ended up being the first home to be built in this new upscale community even before the roads were put in. Our dream became reality after carefully choosing the home package from hundreds of log home companies. Every detail was custom as we imagined them. It is centrally located to all that makes Lake Anna great and before we could even move in we had people begging to buy it but we did not build it to sell .....we built it to enjoy our dreams! Never been disappointed for even one minute. Great neighborhood, Great People and Spectacular Home....what more could we ask for

What makes this property unique

Luxury and Logs combined with incredible views that are second to none. Our property is situated within 1/2 mile of a sandbar peninsula that washes sand all across our part of the lake and created beautiful natural sandy waterfront beach and most unique is the sandy lake bottom so you never walk in mud. The water is crystal clear everywhere from our beach to our boathouse which is 250 feet out from the waters edge.
