Fully furnished with washer/dryer, fresh towels and linens. Very open floor plan
with large eat-in bay window, island and breakfast bar in kitchen. Extra large 800 sq foot great room, tiled, 22 ft open ceiling. Well stocked kitchen.
Primary bed (king)and bathroom with large walk-in shower upstairs. Huge pool, new deck, gas grill, wood burning outdoor fire pit,
cable tv (4 tvs) high speed internet (Wifi), Ethernet dvd, Roku streaming, spectrum basic channels, stereo. 2 bicycles for use in garage.
*** Winter season is a 3 month minimum. ***

Downstairs queen bed with large L shaped desk and executive chair/office area. Third bedroom has a bottom double bed with twin bunk bed. Main bathroom downstairs with tub/shower combo. Pack and play, high chair and baby gate in house. Safety chains high up on French doors and front door. Ceiling fans
everywhere, ice cold air conditioning. If you have trouble navigating stairs, there would be no need to even go upstairs as the main bathroom and two bedrooms are located downstairs.

Great place to relax by the
pool and grill out on the large back deck surrounded by a completely
private fence. Cabana with deep soaking tub.

This home was lived in and decorated by me personally so I take very good care in maintaining and upkeep.

We've been renting our home since 2007 and love to see our guests return from all over the world. Thank you for considering our home.

Relaxing Getaway

Our little family enjoyed this cute and clean place! We loved the pool and the coziness of the home! We would definitely revisit! Not far from some great restaurants and the Rainbow River :)

Perfect Accommodations for our Elvis weekend!

Our group of six women stayed very comfortably for our Elvis Summer Festival weekend event at the nearby Citrus Auditorium. The host even provided a life size cut out of "Elvis" himself which we posed with for photos before the concert. The house was perfect and we especially enjoyed the pool. It was a memorable weekend.

Great stay

We loved our stay in this house. It's very spacious and the back yard is private and relaxing. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Jennifer and Eric were very welcoming and helpful. Inverness is a great place to stay. Beautiful walking trails and lots of great restaurants. We really enjoyed it. Thank you !!

Really enjoyed this family. Having them down for six weeks and miss them already. So glad to know you found your way around and discovered all the area has to offer. The paved biking trails which were once train tracks are endless and within walking distance and the restaurants are unique as well as lots of chain types to choose from.

Perfect Family Vacation!!

Amazing

We had stayed there for two weeks with our 3 ( yes three )small dogs. It is very nice place to stay. House is clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner Jen is the nicest and most hospitable land lady I have ever met. The swimming pool was clean and very useful in the hot weather. Thank you Jen for having us.

Home away from home!!!

This home was very comfortable, a vacation home where we felt at home!!! We rented this home because we wanted to bicycle on the bike trail that goes through Inverness. We found this home to be clean, comfortable, and as nice as it looked in the advertisement. Jennifer was always so friendly and eager to please whenever I called with questions prior to our arrival. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing stay

Two families with 4 children (2 8 yr olds and 2 10 yr olds) and 4 adults stayed here and we had plenty of room. The home was very clean and just as listed on site. The deck is wonderful and plenty of seating. Comfortable bedding. The decorating is just beautiful. There was just one little thing we noticed when we arrived and brought it to Jennifers attention which she responded to immediately. We loved the home and had no problems whatsoever and will return again.

This group was wonderful and I could not even tell they were there. Very clean group and so friendly. When they pointed out the problem with the pool steps, we replaced them immediately since they had been reinforced and we had a new backup in our storage unit. Thanks so much.

Amazing home away from home!

This home is more beautiful than you can even see from the listing and pictures! Everything you need is here. The kitchen is gorgeous, the pool is sparkling clean, washer and dryer in a pristine garage. Beds are super comfy, and the living room is spacious and beautiful. A plus is that there are woods behind the house so very quiet and peaceful area. I HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone staying in the area! Jennifer is a sweet person and great to deal with! We WILL be going back again!

This house was clean, great location to my niece'shouse, we were very satisfied. DO NOT OPEN THE SIDE DOOR in the garage! My husband and son did and Jennifer had to come and shut it. It's a great house! Will come again. Pool was very clean as well. Ty!!

One of the Best Rentals

This was one of the best homes we have rented and the owner is one of the best and easiest owners we have ever dealt with. We rent a lot of homes in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee and this has been such an enjoyable experience. The owner is very flexible and responsive. The home is nicely decorated and includes everything you could want to relax. Also, within biking distance to the biking trail. Overall, we will give this rental a 10 and we will be back. Thanks

More beautiful in person!

The house was just as it appears in the pictures. Very clean and spacious and the pool is a lot larger then we expected! We loved how private it felt! We live only a few hours away but it definitely felt like we were on vacation. We booked 2 nights to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday and when we arrived Jen had a balloon, card and cupcakes waiting for her. That was very sweet and thoughtful. She certainly helped create a beautiful memory for us that we will never forget. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we definitely look forward to staying here again :)

Peaceful peaceful home

The home has a peaceful presence you feel as soon as you open the door. I told Jennifer as soon as I met her I could feel something that not many homes have and she understood! She is an absolute special person and her home represents that fact. We will return again! The fur baby enjoyed the fenced in back yard and we appreciate the fact of being pet friendly. Love the quaintness of Inverness and the surrounding areas. Thank you Jennifer for a much needed haven of rest. Blessings!

Exactly what we wanted

My family of five plus my dad and a puppy thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was in great condition and looked better than the pictures. The fully fenced in yard, pool, deck, grill and fire pit made the backyard the perfect place for us. Air conditioning was great and all appliances worked well. The house was clean and well-maintained. Even though the house was great, perhaps the best part was the owner. She was so nice, hospitable and capable! Every time we contacted her, she responded right away and was so polite. She took care of everything and was dedicated to our comfort. She even ran out and bought a new grill when the older one was not working well - amazing!! While we were there, we enjoyed shorter trips (30-40 min) to Rainbow Springs and Crystal River as well as day trips (1 1/2 to 2 hours) to Clearwater beach and Busch Gardens. We even took a singing boat tour of the Withlacoochee river. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting my dad! Thank you so much Jennifer!

Beautiful Home

This was a very beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. Jen always replied to my messages quickly and was very flexible. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice getaway. We saw a hummingbird in the backyard in our short time there as well as a beautiful cardinal.

Absolutely perfect!!

We are a military family stationed out of state. We were in town visiting with family and friends, the house offered privacy and felt like a home away from home. Jennifer was very accommodating and hospitable! We will be back!!

Excellent vacation

We had a great time in this beautiful home! Had everything you could need, was very clean, and the pool was awesome. This home is nicely decorated and very cozy. Had our daughter's birthday party here and everyone complimented how nice it was. We just wished we were staying longer. Will definitely plan to come again.

We live about 20 min away and can be attentive to every detail. We lived in this house, which I bought from my parents. I have a special attachment to this home and feel so blessed to be able to share it with our guests.

What makes this property unique

The open feel and extremely high ceilings makes this house very unique to the neighborhood. When you walk in the front door, it's amazing how impressive the area and layout is. People always tell me the photos do not do it justice. The fenced-in back garden is very private and perfect for families with pets.
