This private cozy cottage has recently been renovated with tiled floors, picture windows and a new deck. The deck overlooks the salt pond and acres of marsh land, offering spectacular sunset
views across Winnepaug Pond. Located directly across from Misquamicut Beach on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Beach passes to a town-run beach, just down the street, are included with your rental. Take a look at, or ask me for a panoramic photo - the view is spectacular! This is a traditional beach cottage, with an outside shower. The deck is huge, adding to the relaxation of your visit. Call me with questions or details if you would like.

Cottage on the pond

Susan's house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with a spectacular view of the pond and easy access to the beach. We hope to return soon.

Atlantic Avenue Cottage

Cottage was very clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. Neighbors even did a fireworks show, which was wonderful. The outdoor shower was a pleasant, albeit rustic touch. The property manager was very helpful and answered my questions before check in. There was much to do with the beach, shopping and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
