It is a great house with everything you could need and things you didn’t think of like a small industrial ice maker, beach towels out back, a bag of charcoal for the grill with fire starters and lighter. It was a great time and a great house.

What a great vacation rental home. It is in a great location with easy beach access. Perfect for our 3 families. Great place for kids with plenty to do if weather not so cooperating (we were there week before hurricane and had to leave one day early). Kids loved the front yard mini golf, inground heated pool, games by the pool and in room arcade games. Owner has thought of everything (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels). Great outside grilling area including start up charcoal supply and industrial ice machine. Beach was very clean and water so clear. Owner was very, very communicative through entire rental process. Will definitely be back.

The Beach House was great steps away from two beach access points. My family of seven had a great trip. Our 2 littles loved the pool and putt putt. So convenient to have all the beach accessories available instead of having to pack them. Chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, sand toys, wagon. The host was always available if there were any issues and checked on us regularly in case we needed anything. Thanks for a great week at the Beach!

The hosts thought of everything! This was by far the best Vrbo experience we’ve had. The house is set up with all ages in mind. Above all, the communication from the host was top notch. Any question we had was acknowledged and addressed promptly. The check-in/checkout process was a breeze as well. It felt like we were staying at a family members house in PCB!

The host was Awesome, she checked on us multiple times! The house was soo cute and in a perfect location across from the beach. It was a short walk to get to the beach access. The house had sooo many outside amenities,…plenty to keep friends, family, and kids busy without ever leaving the house. And to top it off, it’s dog friendly. We would love to stay again!

PBC Girls Trip

Our stay was short but absolutely CHARMING! The location was a short walk to the beach. We arrived in town earlier than expected and the host was super responsive on questions we had prior to check in so that we could put our TOES in the SAND until our cozy retreat was ready for us. We are definitely staying here on our next Beach Trip!

Perfect for our family beach trip! The house is close to everything including beach access. Plenty of beach supplies like toys towels and even a wagon. The kids loved the pool. Everything was just as pictured and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our time at this home! It is literally steps from the beach and is truly a clean, welcoming, and perfect place for a getaway.The house was ideal for our family celebration. Our son, along with a few of his friends, had just received his Army pilot certificate, and this was the perfect spot to celebrate their huge accomplishment before they all head off to their new stations.A special thank you to the hosts for being incredibly accommodating and understanding when we had uncertainty about our travel plans and flights during the shutdown.If you have the opportunity to book here, I highly suggest you do it. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

Spring Break

This home was exactly as advertised. What you see is what you get - down to the pink flamingo in the pool. It was chilly so the heated pool was great. Nice tv and speaker on the pool deck. The upper deck was perfect for sitting in the evenings watching the sun go down. The beds were comfortable and all had tv’s so everyone could watch their own programs at night before bed. Living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed playing cards at the table. Beach was a short walk. They provided a beach cart, beach chairs (2), umbrella and beach toys. Nice not to have to pack ours for the trip. Host was so accommodating and responsive. We definitely hope to stay here again! Thanks Sofia!
