Stunning gulf view from both Living room balcony and Primary bedroom window. Situated beside a protected wildlife and bird nesting area.
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a King bed in Primary bedroom, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bedroom. THERE IS NO SLEEPER SOFA - Condo accommodates a maximum of 4 people, no smoking. Flat screen TV in guest and Primary bedrooms. Large flat screen TV in living room. Tile floors in living room and both bedrooms. New living room and dining room furniture, and coastal artwork. Comfortable fun, and classy décor. On the grounds are four tennis courts, barbeque grills, indoor/outdoor pools, children's play area, shuffleboard and bocce ball. Boat ramp for boats and kayaks. Private and secluded property, but fun!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Just a comment, not a complaint... the master bed was seriously hard and the bedding needs to be updated/replaced with something nicer.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at pinnacle port for years and loved it. This year was a little more disappointing since the first night we stayed the couch had been replaced without a sleeper sofa and it didn’t reflect on the website. So two people had to sleep on the floor since they did t have beds. The next day I went to the office and the lady argued with me and was kinda insulting asking if I read the website. I told her yes and showed her where it said it slept 6 but now without sleeper sofa only 4 could sleep. Air conditioning wasn’t working correctly and elevator broke down while we were in it. Really think we should be refunded our money. Not the experience that I wanted for my family and lost two days by having to argue with front desk!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very outdated. There was mold/dirt around the bottom of the walls. The rug under the table was black from filth. The room was not properly stocked with every day supplies. The knobs fell off drawers and cabinets when you opened them. The air quit working day 2. We were there 7. The office manager was very rude about the situation and could have cared less that we spent the week with no air. When we requested that they do the right thing and refund some of our money, she hung up on me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate, and we were fairly satisfied. The floors were a little dirty, so we had to sweep. The mattress in the main bedroom is very hard. Also, there was no laundry detergent and only one trash bag. Other than that, there were no other issues with the condo. The views are great! I would recommend this property to a friend.
