Check in was easy. View was nice onto the lake area and various birds interesting.

We were there for family emergency, so times were stressful. We left some things there by error and management was easy with us to retrieve. Inside walls thin and noise travelled easily.

The location was perfect for a visit with my sister who lives in the area. The view of the lake and sunset were very nice. The booking and check-in process was very smooth. Would enjoy staying here on future visits

The couch was very unconfortable. And not enough for four adults to sit in the living room. The picutre when booked showed a love seat and couch. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. Went to pool on day full of leaves. Not sure would rent again.

Nice condo on beautiful lake

Condo was very nice with a beautiful lake right outside your door. Nicely decorated. Nice location. A bit of a walk from the parking area. We did enjoy this condo but they do NOT supply coffee. There is a coffee machine but did not realize they do not offer coffee. Never stayed anywhere that didn't have coffee for their rental guests. This detail should be mentioned in your ad.

Great property for a great prcw

Me, my husband and a friend stayed for 6 days while in Tampa for a conference. Our check-in agent was Adeean. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The property looks rcatly like in the pictures. It smelled so clean and fresh when we walked in that I couldn't help for feel at home. I would not only recommend this property to friends and family, I would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in another apartment in the same complex that was far superior to this rental and for less. The good; the people renting were easy to get hold of. But that’s where I stop. This apartment was supposed to have been cleaned. It was not. The floors were dirty and the balcony was muddy. The beds were very uncomfortable. The couch in the main living room was also very uncomfortable and sagged. Limited linens for the beds. If this real estate company has a contractor that charges 200 for a cleaning fee, then they are getting seriously ripped off. I really like this complex and only hope we can get the same apartment we had in the past to stay in. I would not recommend this apartment to rent. It’s not worth your hard earned money.

Great location

Everything was good from check in to check out. Manager was great assisting us with extending our stay as requested. My wife and I along with my 87 year old mother-in-law were down for my brother-in-law whom was in he local HCA Brandon hospital. Very convenient to hospital . Only complaint was when folks rented the upstairs condo. The noise from their morning and evening activity transferred down through our ground floor ceiling very loudly. Normal walking sounded like stomping. The manager did speak to the occupants on our behalf to no avail. Other than this one issue everything was great. I thank the manager for his attempt to assist us.

Amazing Property!!!!

This was our first Vrbo and I was a little nervous. I was so happy when we checked in. Adrian was in constant communication with us while we traveled down to Fl. And always available when we needed him. We were so blessed to have been able to stay from June 30-Nov15 while waiting for our home to be built. It was so clean and fully furnished! All linen, towels and shower curtains were brand new. I LOVED having a patio with furniture that overlooked the pond which was full of wildlife. The staff on property were always so friendly and always helping us out when we had questions or concerns. The neighbors were all so friendly. We used the pool a lot in the summer and enjoyed having pool table and small fitness area to use. (I do wish there were some more equipment in there but we joined a local gym that was super close) my daughter loved the treadmills. The condo had everything even a vacuum. We felt very fortunate to have found this hidden gem while making so many transitions. Thank you Powell Property and staff!!

Wow! Relaxing stay in Flroda!

I rented this property for 8 days so I could visit with my daughter. The accommodations were as expected but the pool and the constantly changing wildlife by the water was incredible! Thanks for a wonderful stay. I am relaxed!

Great Location

It's a great location and the place itself was nice. Very clean and everything was in good condition. The view is great. Being on the ground floor is also a huge plus. Check process went well. A few opportunities - The dining room table looks nice but is not functional. If 2 couples tried to share it, or even just two people like us, it's not usable. The chairs are too low and uncomfortable and the table is too small. Could use some more pots for cooking.

Pretty views, central location

The beds were SO uncomfortable (and definitely full size, not queen) we would have rather slept on the couch. On top of that, the TV remote in the master suite didn’t work. We tried to switch the batteries and adjust channels and volumes from a million different positions, but nothing worked. Other than that, we had the best view of the lake and the central location was nice! Plus our patio had an electric grill that worked GREAT and was nice for a quiet meal in.

The best part is the front faces the lake. apartment was clean and comfortable. My teens stated the couch was very comfortable. The only problem was the walls were thin and we heard the kids upstairs running and jumping.
