A lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath house located in Ocean Lakes; a gated community of 310 acres resort on the Atlantic Ocean; physical address is MH71 Live Oak Drive, equipped with 3 queen beds; a large screen T V in the master, plus a bedroom with 2 futons. There is also a sun room for entertaining and/or enjoyment equipped with a t v .
An exceptionally large living area with 2 recliners, a large sofa, a stuffed wingback chair plus a 50' flat screen t v. Also a T V and DVD player in the Sun Room.
A separate dining room plus 2 other eating areas. There is wireless internet at no cost.
We also offer a "One Couple" winter rate of $1,316.00 per month for multiple months.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Sheets and towels are provided based on the total number of guests in your reservation for $125. Cleaning after your stay is provided for $175.
Reservations with 7-10 guests will be an additional charge of $75 per guest to accommodate for added linens and cleaning.
Max of 2 small breed non-vicious dogs are welcome but must be stated on reservation. There is a charge of $90/dog to accommodate for added cleaning.

In the instructions, Leo told us that we could not enter until there was a green tag. We did as instructed. When we did enter the house, there was cat feces in one of the closests, moldy fries in the oven from previous tenants, panty liner on the walls, a moldy bath mat, and trash throughout the house. We had to do a complete clean before we could enjoy our vacation. We attempted to talk to the host, but he ignored me the entire time.

Great location. Close to rec center, pool, ocean, store, and dog park. Description of property is accurate. The owner, Leo, is very responsive. Property is great for large group - So much room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Ranch style was perfect for older individuals in our group - not many stairs to climb. Definitely could use a few small upgrades but beds were comfortable and shower water pressure adequate. Would definitely stay again!

Nice stay at Ocean Lakes

Had an enjoyable stay at Ocean Lakes Campground with our family. The campground has so much to offer for everyone and my grandkids had a blast there. The house was roomy and fit all of us just like it was describe. Leo the owner was quick to response when the kitchen faucet started to leak and everything was fixed quickly. The house was priced good and we would definitely return to the property.
