Stay in our 1-Bedroom Condo and Enjoy the Ocean, Pools & Lazy River

Enjoy all the amenities of Myrtle Beach Resort while staying in our first floor 1-bedroom "B" building condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, refrigerator, dinnerware & flatware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and iron.
There is a queen bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa -- perfect for a small family.
We also have a 2-BEDROOM/2-BATH condo at the resort. Please contact us for details and rates; or check out ID#7062078ha on this web site.
Myrtle Beach Resort is a great family friendly resort. Amenities include wireless internet, DirecTV, Lazy River, 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool & water play area, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, playground, and picnic area with grills, fitness center, steam room, sauna, hot tubs.
There is a $10 per night gate fee (payable by credit card) when you first enter the resort. Weekly rates only between June and August, unless shorter stay is approved by owner. No pets are allowed at the resort. Renter must be 23 years of age or older to rent at Myrtle Beach Resort and must be staying in the condo during the rental period.

the condo was outdated in need of total remodel. Was in need of better cleaning. we had cockroaches. in need of exterminator! l would not be back !

My wife and I had a tremendous time at this particular eighth floor studio apartment. Although small it was perfect for us. Norma the owner was in full communication with us from the time of processing till the time of checking out. It’s a wonderful location everything there is within literally a two minute walk. The Renaissance Towers indoor pool and whirlpool was closed for renovation. I highly recommend this particular eighth floor studio apartment particularly for a couple with or without two small children

You get what you pay for

I guess we should’ve realized when booking what the cheaper price meant. Condo was in need of some updating. The slider was hard to open, also when it was windy the whole ceiling lifted with pieces of plaster falling. The worst was the furnace filter hadn’t been marked that it had been changed since 2018; and it was filthy. None of this ruined our vacation, but needed to be addressed!

It was ok for the price.

Check in was unpleasant. The previous guest were allowed a late check out so the condo wasn’t finished being cleaned before our check in time which was after 3pm. We had to sit in the hall and wait for it to be completed. The condo had way too much furniture for suck a small space so it was an obstacle course, basically. I could accommodate 4 but there’s absolutely no way 4 would be comfortable, even if 2 were children. There were many repairs that need to be made including a floor transition that was “mended” with scotch tape, the dishwasher didn’t work, the refrigerator had an ice maker that didn’t work and only 1 ice tray to compensate. The couch was absolutely miserable to sit on. There were cracks in the paint/ wall around door frames, there was black mold (maybe!?) around the bathtub or either it was just grime from not being properly cleaned regularly. Also there was food left by previous guests in the cabinets, so also gross. It was a last minute reservation so I understand beggars can’t be choosers but I wouldn’t willingly stay in this particular condo, ever again. I also received. Text the day before check out wanting to know a time I’d be gone… check out is 10am soooo?? The owner was nice, a little slow replying but nice none the less.

Myrtle Beach Resort

It was good for my son and I. I had to call and get the host to get the code to get in. She informed me that the room was not finished being cleaned and had to bring me bed linens. As I completely understand the shortage of workers and would not have minded if it had not caused me to get caught in the middle of a downpour while unloading. Also, the bed does not have a curtain for privacy as pictured. Other than that, it was good condo and a good stay.

Great place

We loved the amenities that came with the condo property, such as the pools and beach bar. It was in a great location. Only thing was that the place was a little too small for us, other than that we loved it!

Wonderful property right on the beach

The property was amazing! The room had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony where we spent plenty of time relaxing with coffee and cocktails. The beach was literally seconds away and an easy stroll from the room. The pools, both inside and outside were perfect respite from the sandy beach. The poolside drinks were delicious and the food was good too. The property is easy to get in and out of. It's close enough to all the attractions without being in the middle of the crowded parts of Myrtle. We will definitely be looking at this property again in the future.

Good place for a family

Nice place for the family. Close to everything and Norma was very friendly and helpful. The pools were mostly closed due to Covid, but that was outta everyone’s control. I’d definitely stay there again

Amazing view! Heaven On Earth!

We stayed in 806 in the Renaissance tower. We could not have picked a better place to stay anywhere! The view was fantastic and so relaxing, it was the perfect place to go and decompress! The place was spotless and well equipped, we had everything we needed . This resort has great amenities from the pools to the lazy river not to mention the views! The Quarterdeck Cabana bar was the perfect place to end the day. Great service, great food, great fun! We plan on returning every year!

A very nice place to vacation! Great view from the balcony, room is fully furnished and set up just like a home. It's very welcoming! Lots of stuff to see and do on the resort. Very good beach access! Live music or karaoke every night at the little bar/restaurant right out back. Norma was very sweet and helpful the whole time we stated. We love it and hopefully will be back next year!!

little gem with a great view

All the comforts of home but with a fantastic view. Norma was great from 1st l contact until we checked out . The unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Even Beach chairs, boogie boards, & beach toys. All you'll need is your towels. We'll be back. The resort also is nice.

Great Vacation

The unit is clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need. You have a great view of the ocean. She has beach chairs, boogy boards and buckets and shovels for her guests. We've stayed in a couple of different units in the past few years and this by far is the most suited for a couple or a couple with small children who can sleep in the bunk beds. The couch does fold out making it possible to sleep 6, but this would be tight. Norma is great! we will be back

Excellent!!

The place was wonderful. It was clean and had everything you need, even beach umbrella's, chairs, flip flops, and sun glasses. The view was amazing and we loved the heated pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay with or without kids.

Our grandchildren loved the resort and now we decided to share our condo with other families who would like to have a vacation at the beach. We have lived in the condo so it is well equipped.
