This apartment is located on the third floor of the house (above ground floor), which has a comfy queen bed wrapped with soft bedsheet, a stylish en-suite bathroom, a sofa and a compact kitchen.

Excellent Host and stay

Great little property and the best host we've experienced!! Ben is a super friendly, gentle soul that went far beyond the call of duty for us during our stay, from photocopying paperwork for us, to giving us advice, directions, even walking us to the bus stop to make sure we felt safe about what route to take and walking us to the bank when we weren't sure how to get there. The coffee from his coffee shop is delicious and comes from his own coffee roasting factory. Even though his place is not directly in HCMC, it is a short 15-20 min bus ride on #152 . Thank you so much Ben for you wonderful hospitality, we wish you all the luck with your future endeavors, you have all that it take to become the entrepreneur that you already are!! This property is located on a local area, but also near Airport and easy to get access to city center. Surrounding by police station and near military zone, so safety is on top. Also, my place is in business area, many big buildings and offices around, convenient for business trip. It's very easy to go anywhere.
