Our pool is heated to the upper 80s throughout the season, from May 1 through October 20.

Nestled in the charming town of South Haven, this 1-bedroom cottage offers the perfect escape for your next vacation. Situated just steps away from the stunning Lake Michigan and North Beach, you'll be able to enjoy the serene lakefront views and the convenience of being just a quick walk to downtown for dining and shopping. This cottage is normally NOT available Memorial Day to late August as it rents with another cottage.
As a traveler, you'll delight in the array of amenities this property has to offer. Unwind in the outdoor pool(May 1- Oct 20), stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and take advantage of the washer and dryer. In the evenings, cozy up on the smart TV with cable channels.

The cottage boasts a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside and gather around the fire pit for a memorable outdoor experience.

Indoors, you'll find a comfortable living room, essential bathroom amenities, and air conditioning to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and bathroom in the hallway. For added convenience, the property offers parking and a travel crib for families.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You are our guests, leave beds, toss towels on floor in shower, get computer and phone cords & turn off lights.
Remove any subscriptions from TV. We can't be responsible for their use after check out.
Please start a wash load of beach towels if used as they take so long to dry. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Contract must be signed and emailed or texted within 5 days of booking. Pool Waiver signature required.
South Haven has noise curfew rules. Weeknights 10pm Friday and Saturday 11pm move noise inside. Pool house closed at posted hours.
No smoking nor vaping on the property. Dog Over 1 year. Can't sleep in bed nor on furniture. Flea and Tick treatment

The Sundance cottage A where we stayed was wonderful. Cutely decorated, great bed, heated pool (which we didn’t use), and right across the street from a public beach. Full kitchen. Good WiFi. Not far from all that was available in town. Our hosts, Marta and April were so wonderful. They had the unit all ready for us - lights on, fans going, music on the TV, all kinds of information, and they even left us snacks and a bottle of wine! Communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Absolutely beautiful cottage/home! The grounds are gorgeous, and the heated pool was such a treat. We especially loved the upper patio—it was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy a glass of wine. My husband and I also had a lot of fun playing ping pong.Everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool was there, and we were welcomed with such thoughtful gifts when we arrived. The home was perfect in every way. Marta is an exceptional host, and we felt so lucky to snag a long weekend here. We would absolutely love to come back—if we can ever find an opening! It’s easy to see why this wonderful place is booked all the time!

Convenient location to many activities. We shopped, walked the beach, walked to the Maritime Museum, took a boat ride and ate at several local restaurants! It was a great way to spend a long weekend. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with basics as well as a few treats!

This cottage has plenty of windows, separate bedroom and open concept living, dining kitchen and then a nice patio and 300 feet of sandy beach just across the street. Great beach walking, sun bathing, swimming, sunsets and all a quick stroll to downtown South Haven. Catalpa trees all around the property too! Private parking too.
