2 BR-2bath Waterfront townhome. Landings of Largo sunsets included! Promotions!!

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom waterfront townhome in the desirable community of The Landings of Largo located mm 98 bayside. The Landings is a gated waterfront community with every amenity. There are 2 pools, a brand new world class renovated marina with slips available for rental, newly resurfaced tennis, and pickleball courts, bocci and basketball courts and boat ramp all located right on the premises!
The unit boasts 2 bedrooms, a waterfront ensuite primary bedroom with a king size bed. Enjoy the lovely breeze from the slider and wake to the sound of swaying palms. The ensuite bath has quartz counter vanity and fully tiled shower.
The unit is a split plan so the guest bedroom is on the opposite site of the condo to afford privacy. It has it's own full sized bath with tub/shower.
The updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. This is not a bare bones rental, so everything is included for your comfort and convenience.
Since the unit is an end unit, it's spacious, bright and airy and the living area has awesome sunset view. There is a small bistro table in the kitchen and the dining table seats 6. There is a queen sized sleeper for the occasional guest.
There is high speed internet with WIFI, smart 48" Sony smart TV and stereo. (There's a small flat screen in the master)
This townhome has a full sized washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided.
This is all one floor living on the 2nd floor. Semi private stairs to your front door with covered parking underneath the unit for vehicles, small boats or trailers. Downstairs is a lovely waterfront screened lanai newly furnished with gas grill and bait freezer. We even have 2 keys cruiser bikes for biking around the community and a downstairs storage for your fishing gear etc.
Just Launch your boat from the ramp right on premises and head out for world class fishing, snorkeling or a relaxing sunset cruise. Boat slips are usually available to rent in the marina. This rental is conveniently located near great restaurants, John Pennekamp State Park and shopping. The views are endless and the sunsets are priceless!!

Our family had an amazing time! The view of the mangrove lagoon was amazing and our younger son greatly enjoyed fishing off the dock. The marina was frequented by manatees which was delightful as well! The townhome was spacious enough to accommodate four adults and a child comfortably and was fully furnished with everything we needed for cooking, going for a swim, and more. The residents of the community were very friendly and made us feel at home during our short stay, and the location was perfect for our family both in it's homeliness and its proximity to excellent restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend this location to any prospective travelers to the Keys!

The stay at this large condominium was wonderful. The bathrooms were up to date. Granite kitchen fully supplied . It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. It was close to both pools and the boat dock which were well maintained. Beautiful sunsets from the LR and master bedroom. Close to many restaurants. Just an Uber drive away!!!

Loved the condo -- plenty of space for us, wonderful view of Florida Bay, quiet (even with the windows open). Took advantage of the fitness room as well. Plenty to do in the area -- restaurants, ecotours, etc. Great getaway spot!

Love this time before snowbirds its quiet whole pool to ourselves. Definitely the place to relax with the best views snd sunsets. We love this condo for that reason.

Awesome accomodations in an awesome location

As former owners in the Landings of Largo, we had high expectations for our month's return. The condo far exceeded our hopes. It probably has the best view of any unit in the community. We rented for the month following Hurricane Irma. However, even though the weather and water conditions were not as good as previous visits for boating, we had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The recent upgrades to the condo made it even more enjoyable.

Hard to give a definitive view as two week stay was shortened by a hurricane, therefor many shops, bars etc were closed, some even washed away, so. However, place was nice clean and with most everything that would be needed. Nice view from lounge over Florida Bay, The Landings is a well kept estate of some 100 units however, it was trying to recover from the storm damage and doing quite well at it. Key Largo is normally a "fun place" to visit with many bars, restaurants and for anyone with a liking for fishing, diving or other type of water sports it's ideal. Give it a try!!

Perfect spot in key largo

Well maintained property with lots of space. Spacious parking. Pools were clean and dock space has lots of sea life. Daily coffee with the manatees. Don't miss out and take the vacation. We will definitely be back

Fantastic stay! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The listing described the location, layout and amenities very accurately. The place was clean, well stocked and the owner provided excellent customer service. The community of people close by were friendly and we were made to feel very welcome and safe. The two pools were kept clean heated well and we used the exercise room basketball courts on a regular basis. Other nice things about this rental were the incredible wildlife viewing right from our breakfast nook which turned into a great place to watch the sunset in the evening. We were centrally located with two grocery stores and great restaurants very close by. We went fishing and kayaking right from the attached marina and were close to John Pennekamp Park. We highly recommend this rental!

KEY LARGO PARADISE

We love the large windows, the views of the palms and the river from the master bedroom, the comfy king sized bed, having the kitchen to make our own meals to make our stay affordable. I spend most of my time in the huge pool. The gardens, marina and pool make it a tropical paradise. We love to go to the end of the dock to watch the sunset. The diving opportunities nearby have been spectacular for my husband

We had vacationed for 10 years in the Keys and were looking to put down roots in one community to enjoy year after year, with the possibility of renting.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a safe, centrally located complex with all the amenities of a resort, but the feel of a community. We found this and more at the Landings of Largo.

What makes this property unique

It has the onsite boat ramp and protected marina, And our unit in particular has the feel of a private home. We have an end unit, with trees for privacy and don't hear neighbors or road noise.
