Two large balconies, where you can enjoy amazing views of the light house as well as the beach. The penthouse has a wonderful open concept kitchen/dinning/living room area, where you can relax. Complex with pool and playground. The apartment has beach access to Seven Seas and Playa Escondida. It is walking distance to restaurants and the Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan, where you can go night kayaking to the bioluminescent bay. Drive less than 2 minutes to Las Croabas fisherman’s village: a tourist area where you can take water taxis or catamaran snorkeling full day trips to small cays like Palominito and Icacos; El Conquistador Hotel & Casino with golf course, restaurants, spa and tennis courts. The famous Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest are only 15 min. away. Hospital, supermarkets,Walmart, shopping center, restaurants, ferry to Vieques & Culebra are all less than 20 min. from our property.

Great Location

Was the perfect getaway. Close to the beach but not crowded. Felt like you were able to get away from the tourism and be with the locals. Would easily stay here again. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Check in and out was super easy. Communication was always really quick.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed our stay at Palma Vista. Host was attentive to our needs and ensured we had a pack and play, stroller and high chair for our grandchildren. We truly appreciated the property amenities. We look forward to another visit!

Communication with property manager was excellent! Location was spacious for 8 of us! Views of ocean was nice and beach across the street was convenient for photo shoots. Swimming was ok but you can walk down a little but for less rocks.beach area got very busy on the weekend so the location was excellent especially on the weekend! 2 parking spots for condo.overall we all enjoyed the location and the trip!

It was a perfect location for our family. The pool and play structure was great for the little ones and the proximity to the beach was great for everyone! Also the proximity to the bioluminescent bay was so convenient. The size of the unit was so nice to accommodate our whole family comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!

The photos and description don’t do the property justice. It’s perfectly situated next to the beach, is really quiet, and was the perfect home base for two families with small children.

Nice 4 bedroom apartment. All bedrooms were comfortable, two were great. Kitchen was well equipped but no spices or coffee. Location was convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

Good family vacation

The beach was beautiful and just across the street. There were many places to eat in walking distance. It was also very close to the bioluminescent bay (walking distance) and within driving distance to the jungle. It took us about an hr to drive from SJU airport. The property manager responded within seconds with any concerns that I had. I think the only thing I could really complain about is that we didn’t really have “hot” water like we were used to it was a little warmer than cold lol. This didn’t feel bad after a long day in the sun though. Just preferred it when washing dishes etc. it wasn’t a huge issue so I wouldn’t even say that was a bad thing. the place was big enough for the 5 of us and the kitchen had everything you needed. They even left some basic spices, beach chairs and a cooler, with towels. They were really nice and accommodated a late departure as well. I would recommend staying here with a family. The locals were also super friendly!

Great location, great condition and roomy stay

We enjoyed the time we spent in PR. My family (3 couples and 2 kiddos - 3yr and 18 mo) fit very comfortably. The place was in great condition and in a great location. You do need a car to get around but can get to a lot of places/activities/restaurants, etc very easily. PR is a great place to visit with wonderful people and lots of things to see/do. I'd recommend visiting and staying here.

Wonderful condo and stay at Palm Paradise

This property was an amazing place to stay for three families to stay. The check in process and communication with the host was excellent. My husband left his wallet and did not realize until after check out. Our host was able to get in touch with the housekeeper and meet my husband to return his wallet. We were extremely grateful! The location of the condo is amazing and directly from beautiful Seven Seas beach. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, blankets and even had beach chairs in one of the closet we used for the beach. The pool was perfect and we all enjoyed it! We would definitely book again!

Relaxing holidays.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults, very large, excellent views from a balcony snd a roof top, better then in pictures. The location was good and we all feel safe. We would like to stay there again.
