Great location and condo

This second floor condo looked to be newly renovated with high quality new appliances, counter tops and cabinetry throughout. The location was great as I could walk downtown in just over a mile and 12 minutes drive to Siesta Key. The landlord was very accommodating as well.

Wonderful location and great condo

I stayed in the property for a month and a half and thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay! The location cannot be matched. Right downtown, and minutes away from the beach. It was wonderful. Everything inside the condo was exactly how it looks in the pictures, and it felt like home. If I ever find myself in the area again, I will definitely be staying in this rental again! Thank you for making my stay amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is a great location and close to all amenities. We really liked the fact that there were walking trails and restaurants close by. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We hope to return.

Great location, Clean, Modern

I stayed here for almost 2 months. The location is absolutely perfect, only 10-15 minutes away from two different beaches and you're located right downtown. The pool is super nice, the condo has everything you need and more. It also was a very safe area. My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard and normally I can sleep anywhere.
