About this property
4 bedroom home-base w Mountain views for Stampede or the Rockies
Welcome to our home! This is our family home located enroute to the Rocky Mountains in the beautiful town in Cochrane in a valley tucked into the foothills. We are about 25 mins to the Calgary City Limits, about 45 minutes to the Stampede Grounds. (a little longer if you are taking transit which I would recommend)
Our home comes with full access to the main floor and upper floor, back yard with trampoline, deck with BBQ that is perfect for summer evenings to sit out and enjoy the view of the mountains. There is a brand new covered deck in the backyard also there for your enjoyment. Please feel free to enjoy the essential oils and diffusers located around the house to add to your experience.
Cochrane is a great western town with a cute downtown with locally owned shops (home of Mackay’s ice cream!) & has all the convenient amenities here you could need. There are a couple of stores about a 5 minute walk from our house.
