At check-in we were informed by the resort that our week long booking was a 1 bed/1 bath, yet we had reserved & paid for a 2 bed/2 bath. I contacted the host & initially he wasn’t much help. But when we spoke later he acknowledged the mistake, I asked for a partial refund, he agreed & the refund was issued quickly. I greatly appreciated his support! The following issues are not the hosts fault:Disappointingly, the resort was not able to get us into a 2 bed/2bath so we made do with the smaller room. All of that delayed our check-in significantly. When we did get to a room, it smelled strongly of mildew & the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. We contacted guest support who did nothing to help the bathroom but did send maintenance to investigate the smell. They discovered the air filter in the air conditioner was wet, partially disintegrated & generally falling apart. Clearly it should have been changed a long time ago! It was disgusting. They replaced it & told us to keep the air running constantly. By day 3 the smell had slightly lessened, but it was still noticeable & bothersome. Additionally the room was very damp our entire stay. So much so that we had to dry the clothes we brought to wear & our towels never dried between use. I have stayed at this resort before in different rooms each time. I have never had this poor of an experience. Based off that I would like to believe all of these problems, which made this visit partly unpleasant, are the exception not the rule.

Senior Trip

We booked this hotel unit for my daughter's senior trip. We have stayed several times at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it each stay. Very clean and lots of stuff to do on the property from put put, shuffle board, basketball, games, 3 pools, etc. The condo was very clean and newly renovated. It was the perfect place to stay. The hotel kept us informed via text messages on any updates and could request anything via text message with the front desk. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location and clean

The Villa was very spacious. I'd love to come back to enjoy golf there and to relax. It's merely 6 miles from Disney parks and 15 miles to Universal Studios. Loved it and will use again

Horrible. They were doing construction all four days. Property owner doesn't care at all!!!

This was by far the worst experience I ever had on vacation. The resort was doing construction all 4 days. They had no vacancy to put me in another room so my choices were to stay as is or find a completely new place to stay. We decided to stay in hopes they would finish. That was the wrong choice. It was noisy because of lifts, smelly because of paints, and unsafe because of equipment everywhere! The property owner did very little to help. He hardly replied to multiple emails, texts, or calls. I had to do everything on my own to complain to the resort. The resort admitted their mistake and refunded all of the points used by the property owner for the booking. The property owner and I are currently disputing the amount I should be refunded. The property owner refuses to give me a full refund even though the resort gave me a letter stating they will return ALL of his points. If I don't get my money back I will be forced to file a credit card dispute and waste more time. Not fun at all.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a great time in Mystic Dunes Golf resort. The room is clean , spacious and with nice view. The location is also perfect, close to all the Disney parks. I would come back again
