Clean, bright apartment on the 3rd floor of the house on the small island surrounded by beautiful water "Venice like" views.
Kitchen with all the necessary home appliances has a small additional balcony (with washing & drying machines) and is overlooking the sea canal, bridge and green fields.
Small bedroom with 2 separate beds has a wall-high window with the same view.
Bigger bedroom with double bed has entrance to the 25 sq.m. terrace. The terrace is perfect for dinners and relaxes offering the sea bay and Gibraltar mountain view.
Living room with fireplace and TV and entrance to the terrace.
A small stone over-the-water bridge leads to the house, that is surrounded by grass, flowers and palms plot and several yachts parked on the island.
Private outdoor pool with the sun-bath place is on the island just near the house.
Underground car parking place and lift from the garage to the apartment.
2 sea beaches (one with sand and shallow places good for small kids, and another pebble one with the much deeper sea) are 10 minutes walk each.
