Spread out and spend your holiday at Las Estrellas, a 4 bedroom home built within the secure gated community of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course at the Tulum Country Club attached to the incredible Bahia Principe Hotel in Akumal, in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. Access to the private beach club and all hotel amenities is the benefit of this lovely holiday home. This house has 4 king size air conditioned bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms . All have Tv’s and wifi and private access to the balconies and decks . We can provide extra beds for small children if necessary. Cook in the well equipped kitchen or use a private chef for your holiday or for a special dinner for two or the whole crew!
Close to Playa del Carmen ( 30 minutes drive) and Tulum ( 15 minutes drive) makes it very simple to access all the activities up and down the coast. So many parks and excursions to suit all tastes. Be sure to try the beach at Akumal and see the turtles grazing in the shallow warm water close to the shoreline . Ask about our cute hacienda in the heart of the Yucatan ! Close to Valladolid and Chichen Itza, if you are the adventurous you could mix a golf holiday and a trip to our little Mexican hacienda on the farm ! Explore this beautiful area see what it has to offer! Ancient civilizations, incredible cenotes , beaches and cities!

Even nicer than the pictures

It's a huge, modern glass home that will make you feel like a movie star. It's located in a gated community that requires checking in with security at the gate. It only takes a second, but that gives you a good feeling about security and safety. It was nice to have a garage for the car and a pool to relax! Very private back yard and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the house a lot!

Safe and modern

Very nice house, spacious and the property manager Maria is a gem. Would have enjoyed it more if we had planned to play golf the entire week.

Had a blast in Mexico, but actual property needs updating.

I stayed at the property with my husband , and two other couples for my bday June 30. We stayed in this property for a week (June 29-July 6). Pros: Host was there to welcome us, and gave tour of house. Host helped set up a private chef to cook for my bday (Arturo). Kim decorated the inside of the property as well as arranged flowers and a small cake for my bday. The meal was outstanding, and we enjoyed it very much. The pool was cleaned at least twice while we was there. Security on the property was great. You do feel safe and secure. Cons: The property is just as listed, but is missing some vital information. The entire week we was there. My husband had to contact her everyday regarding ongoing issues that occurred while staying at the property. The water went out on the property twice, the garage door stopped working suddenly. The shower heads has probably never been cleaned. They have rust and lime in every bathroom. There is no proper drainage in the bathroom, so when you take a shower, be prepared for the water to be in the bedroom as well. The way the floor is setup in the bathroom, water does not properly drain. Should have included a slight slope for proper drainage. (Your feet will be wet and feel nasty, so I suggest getting shower shoes) The pool area is very nice, however, the lights for the inside of the pool was broken and the running fountain. The pool felt more like a bath tub. We purchased day passes at the nearby resorts and used the pool there. Besides the water being out, the lights also went out on us twice. This will be a great property if it was cared for properly. It just seems to me that the same issues are occurring over and over and not being properly handled per previous reviews. People go on vacation for a break and to relax, you shouldn’t have to stop to email the host about every little thing. The cleaning lady came to clean twice, and put some soiled sheets on the bed. I wish I could upload videos and photos for you guys. Please be mindful that this property is in the jungle, so you will deal with lots of bugs and mosquitoes. Overall the property has plenty of potential, and I would rate 7/10.
