Perfect house right on the ocean

We had a very enjoyable stay in this ocean front house. It is very relaxing to sit on the lanai and watch surfers, birds, and the sunset. Great snorkelling is only steps away at Kahaluu Beach Park.

Excellent location, real beach house

This place is great. We loved it. The location is incredible, the view gorgeous, the furnishings and kitchen were just right. Home away from home. If you love to surf, or swim, you are right next to a park that has great snorkeling and surfing right there.

Beautiful cozy house with great backyard lanai

We spent a week at this cozy house and loved every minute of it. We had all our meals on the backyard lanai looking right out at the ocean that splashed to the rocks in the back of the property. Also enjoyed watching the surfers at Kahaluu Beach, and snorkeling there as well. The setting feels very private. It is bright and sunny in the house and it was all clean and sparkly. It felt like we were visiting the house of a family relative. The owner was very helpful, making sure we received our key in the mail on time before our visit (in spite of an impending mail strike by Canada Post!!).

Perfect location

Hale Iki is exactly as listed. Little house by the sea. The location was perfect! We fell in love with eating on the back patio and watching the dolphins play!

A bit of old Hawai’i

Located at the edge of Kahalu’u Bay sits a traditional Hawaii beach house, Hale Iki. A short walk to the best snorkeling beach on the island, Kahalu’u Beach Park and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Swim early morning, sip your coffee from the lanai while listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the rocks. Grab a plate lunch or cook your own food in the freshly remodeled kitchen. It has everything you need for a quiet getaway or you can choose to stay plugged in with the internet that covers out to the lanai. Our second visit here and we will be back.
