This home is located on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 400 feet of Guadalupe River frontage across from a beautiful cliff on the river between the 2nd and 3rd crossings. You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS, with tube rental and shuttle service available.
This luxurious 3BR/3Bath home overlooks the Guadalupe River in the Cliff View Community. The home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities. Granite countertops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen, which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. 4 flat screen HD TV's with DIRECT TV. The home also has a washer and dryer.

Perfect place

This is our favorite neighborhood and have stayed at several of the houses here. This house is in the perfect spot, beautiful view and walk down steps to the river. House is very nice, clean and well maintained

Perfection!

We love the CV condos! Perfect location to enjoy relaxation and fun! The property is beautifully maintained and we will definitely be staying here again! The owners kept us abreast of COVID situations and went above and beyond to get tubes to keep at the property for their renters!

Perfect place!

We had such a great time with our friends and family! This place was the perfect spot for us to hang out, float the river, and enjoy meeting new people! We hope to make this our annual river trip house!!

New Braunfels annual float trip 2019

One of the best spots on the River. You can drive right down and unload. The home had a bonus as it was not advertised of a 4th Bedroom downstairs in the VRBO site. The homes are very close to one another and privacy can become an issue but all together everyone behaved and kept the noise down as they do have security come in and park in the addition. There is a float company called Gilligans we used twice and never had to get in a vehicle. Been a while since we stayed that far up the river away from Gruene but with the can ban this place is one of the best places to stay.

Great place to vaccation.

The place was nice and up to date with the modern conveniences. The view was spectacular! The mountain goats appeared in the evenings at our children's delight. Only concern--spider webs underneath the patio furniture and wooden steps.

Even though the Guadalupe was closed when we were there this AMAZING house made up for it!!!

This location is the absolute best on the river! Kim and Jeff were accessible when we had a question. The house was clean and everyone in our group hopes to come back and stay again soon!

Great Location!

We booked this river cabin for a fun and relaxing trip on the Guadalupe. The cabin was easy to find and is located on a beautiful place on the river. The view of the high cliff above was breathtaking and yes we saw the goats walking high above. There is a great place to swim in the river and handgout on the rocks and sun bathe. The cabin is very clean and spacious. The master bedroom has a large comfortable king bed and we had plenty of room for 2 adults, 2 year old, and infant in this room. The kitchen has just about everything that you will need to cook a delicious meal, but don't forget the charcoal for the BBQ.

Awesome place

Listen, if you are wanting a home away from home, than this is it. The pictures don't do the justice for how this House really looks and feels like home. We could not have had a better time, coffee in the morning, watching the goats decend from the hills, and the fly fishing was just a brief walk down the hill. Great accomidations for any size family.

Great time and location!

Our group had a great time at this beautiful house. The location was great right off River Rd. in between 2nd and 3rd crossing and is located right off the river. The view from the house was amazing. The house itself is brand new and has a lot of space inside, new appliances, furniture, grill and a very nice wooden deck that overlooks the river. Also last but not least the property has a tubing company onsite, so it is very convenient to hop right on the river and float. Highly recommended!
