Great little apartment in the heart of Old Bend! One of the best places we’ve stayed. Super clean and well thought out, with everything you’ll need for a great stay. Walking distance to every part of Bend (Old Mill, Box Factory, and Downtown Bend). You won’t be disappointed!

Old Bend Stay

We loved this place. It was very clean, comfortable and so close to both Old Bend and Old Mill areas. The apartment has everything you need, including a convenient washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in Bend!

This property was beautifully decorated, clean and offered many amenities. It was an easy walk to downtown. The check-in process was easy, and the communication was great. We would definitely stay there again on a return trip!

Great stay in Bend

We had a great time at Emily’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. We were able to walk right down to the river, to the concert at the amphitheater and to all the restaurants.

This property was incredible. Furnishings were comfortable, the home was well maintained, everything was clean. Owner was available when needed. Will definitely consider re-booking the next time I need to stay in Bend.

Perfect location

The house was perfect for our anniversary getaway. My only complaint/suggestion would be to invest in a better and maybe a little bigger smart tv in the living room. Although the tv was “smart” it was extremely slow to stream anything. Other than the tv, we would definitely stay here again

Our favorite place!

We have stayed in these units several times and we are never disappointed! You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everywhere! The units are always very clean, they stay cool in the summer, and have comfortable beds. We come back every year, sometimes multiple times a year if we are lucky and a unit is available. Communication with Emily is a breeze and she is always so helpful. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Close to downtown and Just right for Two

We found the four-plex unit clean and attractive. The property is an easy walk into the downtown area and also close to the Deschutes; this means also that it was somewhat noisy with traffic during the night but not to the point of being disruptive. I noticed other reviewers saying the kitchen was well stocked, we had a different experience; the appliances in the kitchen needed updating- took the freezer a full day to freeze ice cubes; I bought a second tray to keep up with my ice-tea needs. The stove needed replacement- took two hours to bake a cake that should have taken one hour and there were no pot holders. Also when I went to use the washer, I found the package of detergent was empty-no laundry soap. The hot water tank emptied quickly too- so we needed to wait between quick showers. I spoke with the manager/owner of these concerns and she was very receptive and indicated an interest in investigating. This place would be perfect for two people who wanted to spend time enjoying the wonderful restaurants and entertainments in town and brought a few supplies-as I do- to augment what's missing.

Little Home away from Home

This little place was a perfect home away from home. Everything you need and more was available. My bestie and I came for a concert at the amphitheater which was an easy 11 minute walk. Miller’s Landing Park is less than 5 minutes away where we soaked up some sunshine with our feet in the river. Several food options within walking distance. Best stay we have had in Bend!

We loved this rental. The space itself was clean, spacious for two, well organized and tastefully decorated. We had all we needed to make a few meals. Having a full sized fridge with a freezer was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. And the location! We walked to Safeway almost every day, walked down the river trail, walked downtown, walked to the mill district and explored some nearby brewpubs. Emily was an excellent host and I highly recommend staying at her rental.

Great location for walking down town,to the old mill district and to the Hayden outdoor venue for concerts. It was perfect having the Deschutes river only two blocks from the property and close to the water park. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking (such as dishes, several type of wine glasses, utensils, etc) very nicely equiped. just a little noisy with the traffic and early morning landscaping (no fault of the owner)

Amazing Area!

The space was great! The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and accessories you need. The space was clean and very comfortable. It’s walkable to the river paths and shops and restaurants. It’s across the street from an amazing restaurant that serves B, L and dinner..

My wife and I stayed here while attending a wedding in Bend. This unit is so beautifully furnished. Out host replied immediately whenever messaged. the location is the best. Emily’s condo is cozy, cheery and a great location … close to downtown, The Old Mill District, hiking trailheads and more. Very clean with all the amenities you might need. We stayed two nights and definitely will stay here again if we return to the area.
