Relaxing Comfortable House West Asheville.

The rental is for the whole upstairs space, front and back porch, downstairs basement and laundry room, and the fenced in yard. I live in a small completely separate garage apartment downstairs with its own private entrance, we do not share any living space nor the yard.

The house is clean, welcoming and quiet, a perfect house for a peaceful quiet stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of gravel road surrounded by trees, it feels tucked away from any noise but is nevertheless close to everything. Downtown Asheville is 10-15 mins away by car, trendy Haywood road in West Asheville is only 5-10 mins by car.

There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 of them with King size beds and TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and HBONOW. 3rd bedroom has one twin size bed. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, and there is another bathroom down the hall for the other 2 rooms. Nice little outdoor deck by kitchen with little table. Yard is fenced in all around the house, and connects with outdoor deck into kitchen and also the basement.
Washer and dryer in the basement. There are 2 parking spaces.

I live in a separate, small garage apartment downstairs with my dog. I have my own entrance and will respect your privacy. We do not share any living space.

HOUSE RULES:
-No parties, please treat the home with respect.
-Minimum age of primary renter (which must be actual person staying in the house) must be 24.
-Shoes off inside the house.
-5 people maximum.
-No children (2-9) or infants. 10 and above ok
-No smoking inside the house.
-No drugs no excessive drinking
