But the staples of this unit are the floor to ceiling windows and your spacious ocean front balcony which is accessible from the living room as well as the master bedroom and offers amazing stunning views of the blue Atlantic, white sandy beaches, and the famous Cherry Grove fishing pier, which when lit up at night is magnificent!!!
Your home away from home has been enjoyed by families, couples, golfers and seniors for many years and offers many upgrades including, three flat screen cable televisions, each equipped with a DVD player, wireless internet access, an in unit full size stackable washer and dryer, and a beautifully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher, solid surface counter tops, a Keurig K-Cup in addition to your 8-12 cup Mr. Coffee, an even a crock pot.
We only rent to families and responsible adults. The primary renter must be over the age of 25, per our management company. Mid spring and summer rentals require a 7 night stay and the change over day June thru August is Saturday. Nightly stays (3 night minimum) are permitted during the fall, winter, early to mid spring, and late summer. Monthly rentals are available October thru March.
